I have no hesitation in recommending AOS for their service concerning the installation of our air source heat pump. Their personnel spent considerable time with us discussing the technology when we were considering replacing our oil-fired boiler. Then when it came to the installation; the work was done efficiently, with very little mess left at the end of each day and their engineers were particularly courteous.

More experienced engineers, excellent at advising and guiding less experienced engineers. All staff very polite and friendly. Engineers worked very hard. Always happy to take time to explain even though we had many questions! Head office staff always seemed to be looking after us and very keen to ensure we were happy with the service.

AOS installed a complete air source heat pump systems for us. From initial sales contact to completion and testing we found them to be thorough and professional. We were provided with detailed information tailored to our requirements, the installation was completed to a high standard by dedicated engineers who took great pains to ensure the work was conducted with minimum disruption to ourselves. The three fitters were great ambassadors for their company, we would definitely recommend your company to others.

We had a new boiler and radiators fitted. The engineers were polite, efficient and professional from start to finish. The girls in the office were also really helpful. Ten out of ten service, will continue to use them.

AOS staff did a brilliant job to trace and then fix a recurrent fault with our air source heat pump system. Having found what the issue was and following an ‘on-site' telephone conference between AOS and another company, it was agreed that the unit be replaced despite it being out of warranty. In all of this, AOS engineers turned up on time, they were clean and tidy in their work, and their admin/support staff kept us informed by phone. AOS did a great job sorting this out for us.

New Worcester Bosch boiler installed.

We have been customers of AOS Heating Systems for over 17 years - they installed our Worcester Bosch boiler in 2000. Because of adaptations to our home we needed to move the boiler to a new position and decided, at the same time, to purchase a new boiler. The work was carried out satisfactorily and everything explained. They worked almost an 11 hour day. After dealing with this company for such a long time we had no hesitation in calling them in to fit our new boiler.
