AOS saved the day in as far as boiler failed to work Wednesday morning, AOS were on site within 90mins, confirmed boiler not repairable and quote prepared same day. I explained my health restrictions and they arranged for a 3 man team to fit a new boiler and other works on Friday. 48hrs from boiler failure to fitting a replacement and then real patience in explaining the remote control system. Outstanding service.

AOS installed an air-source heat pump for us in September 2022. We had some outstanding making good and technical issues following the installation which they resolved quickly. The work was done to the agreed schedule and cost and the company also arranged for the application for a government grant to help pay for the work. All the staff from the initial sales visit to the very comprehensive survey, installation and problem resolution, both those visiting our property and those we dealt with on the phone, were excellent. The engineers who came to the house were tidy, respectful of our home, quick and effective in their work. I would have no hesitation recommending this company - in fact, we heard of them from neighbours who all had only positive things to say about AOS.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted by AOS last week, replacing an oil boiler. Despite our cottage being old with new extensions and therefore slightly out of the ordinary, the installation team, led by Kian, did an amazing job and worked really hard. Kian and Sam were with us all week and were excellent at keeping us informed of progress and explaining what was happening. They, together with Reece and Luca were a pleasure to have in our house. The job was done efficiently and skilfully and they were very focused on ensuring all our needs/queries were met. The whole experience was very positive and we would highly recommend the Company.

AOS installed a new heat pump to replace an old oil boiler. The whole process was easy from start to finish and the installation team did a brilliant job. They were super efficient, quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

We have wanted to install an air source heat pump (ASHP) for several months following the sharp rise in our forecast energy costs (we had both gas and electricity costs). Having looked around for companies in our area (south-east) we decided to go with AOS because of the consistently good reviews they had received. We were not disappointed. Every aspect of their work was utterly professional - Ryan and his installation team were punctual (waiting outside to start work before 8am every day), polite and courteous, and very hard-working, especially given the very hot days we had whilst they were here. Also, their workmanship was top class. I'm not a plumber or heating engineer but the finished installation, both the outside ASHP and the indoor cylinder (in loft) were so neatly laid out and finished off, as were the five new radiators we chose to have to improve the performance of the overall system. The workings and control of the heat pump were explained to us, and everything seems to have been working well since the commissioning date. A word also for the engineer (Lee Wildego) who carried out a very detailed survey of out property prior to the installation team's arrival, and to Charlotte and Lucy at AOS for always being so helpful with my endless questions and queries. Overall, I would recommend AOS without any hesitation.

We already use AOS for our Heating and Boiler Service plan and have always been pleased with their work and so we were happy to use them to install a new boiler to replace our previous one. The estimater gave us a clear idea of what we needed and what work was to be done. The Estimate was competitive. The work was carried out on the agreed date efficiently and we were left with clear instructions how to use the new boiler and the Hive controller. We would recommend AOS to anyone else needing a new boiler.

This is the second time that I've used AOS Heating. They installed a 14kW Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP in our previous house four years ago, which drastically reduced our heating bills. We just done this again in our new house and are very pleased with the installation. The pipework and electrics have been so neatly done. Very helpful and polite team of installers. If we move house again, I'll use them again, no hesitation.

AOS provided an efficient and effective service from start to finish exceeding our expectations. The surveyor provided sound advice and guidance making us aware of the system requirements. The installation team were prompt, professional, polite and helpful whilst Charlotte and Lucy in the office kept us fully informed and steered us through all the paperwork.
