Aabsolute Roofing & Building do not use Sub-contractors, we operate as a sole trader, so “who you see is who you get” and obviously we don’t carry the overheads of our larger competitors so we are confident we can offer competitive prices.

The day after my initial phone contact, Mark came to quote to re-felt a flat garage roof and re-build a flat roofed porch, After a delayed start due to unavoidable circumstances, he and his assistant Tim, arrived punctually every morning and worked hard till the jobs were done (even for a couple of hours in the rain!) Friendly, a mine of knowledge, they daily left the premises in a tidy condition. Their standard of workmanship was very high and their quote was competitive. I will certainly use them again for any roofing projects.

Mark was very professional. He replaced the felt on the flat roof and repaired the chimney. I felt that he was honest, and reliable, showing me photos of the work that needed doing and completing the work efficiently. All was left clean and tidy when he and Tim had finished

Like another reviewer I did have trouble getting hold of Mark and it took time to get him to come and quote for the job. However , his roofing skills are better than his administrative skills and once he started the job he came every day and worked hard until it was finished. He did not ask for any money for materials upfront and did an excellent job.

Replaced cracked cement between roof tiles and bargeboards around three sides of the house. I am happy with the work carried out. They did a neat job, cleaned up afterwords and were courteous.I am happy to recomend them.

I waited for two days running for an agreed appointment to visit and give me an estimate. He did not turn up either time, no phone call or appology. Is this a way to get busuness?
