A very friendly team who knew exactly what they were doing. Our move went very smoothly - our fastest ever move! Prompt with times, supplying packing boxes and collecting once finished with. Returned 'calls' without delay. Just 'one' person was off-putting when trying to discuss things - bit stern!

We engaged Abbeywood to carry out our home removal and were impressed from the start. Adrian did the survey - nice guy, professional and pitched the price exactly where we hoped it would be. We took the full service, the packing service was brilliant and the removal service matched it perfectly the following day. A 5 hour delay in completion could have been a disaster - it wasn't. Lee, Jamie and the team were absolutely faultless. We would highly recommend these guys. First class.

The removal men were extremely helpful and definitely go the 'extra mile'. There was a mix up with my quotation which was based on misunderstanding between myself and the company. Adrian was very helpful, explanatory and understanding. I would happily recommend to others.

Asked Abbeywood to include in their quote for two flights of stairs to be completely covered as brand new. This was not done. Also they sent a 58 year old man who could not really cope with all the stairs. Badly damaged wall. We had a very small amount of furniture and feel we paid a lot of money for a job not carried out very satisfactorily. Not very happy.
