ABi Doors

Just had a garage door fitted by ABI really pleased with it, the two fitters were really nice and the workmanship was very good. The price was competitive and done a couple of days earlier than forecast would certainly recommend this company. Kevin Lister

We first heard about these garage doors when our next-door neighbour had one fitted. It looked really good. We contacted A.B.I Garage Doors by telephone and had a conversation with a sales advisor, Chris I think. He was very knowledgeable and we quickly opted for a surveyor to come out to do a survey. This was on or around 8.3.21. Total compliance with social distancing and mask-wearing was adhered to at all times by the surveyor who took his time and did an excellent job. We were told there probably would be a delay in getting the door due to Covid, which we accepted. The installation took place on 3.6.21. The guys who came couldn't have been any nicer, they did an excellent job and did things to our total satisfaction, with a very good looking Hormann electric garage door in graphite. What a lovely set of friendly people. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Having managed to lock ourselves out of our garage ABI managed to get us back in hassle free and with minimal damage. Craig who attended was really knowledgeable and stayed late to finish the job. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

Although a relatively small job (supply and fitting of new springs to garage door), I was greatly impressed by the very pleasant and efficient way in which all aspects of the process were carried out. Long-serving fitter carried out the job competently and intelligently. Would happily use them again for a more complex and expensive exercise.

Called in when our old garage door stopped opening and shutting on the remote. Luke talked us through the fault, did some research, set out likely costs and implications if a replacement panel was required. He booked an engineers visit but also did further research and made a suggestion that solved the problem without need for further action. Excellent customer service, his aim was to save us unnecessary work and to make sure that we were compliant with regulations. I would recommend them as an honest and trustworthy outfit where you need to know what your costs will be up front. Thanks ABI Garage doors!

Talked me through reprogramming our door opener over the phone on a busy Saturday afternoon. Claire was excellent and very patient. It would have been so easy to send someone out and charge us for the fix. The door is about 8 years old and this level of help and support really is above and beyond and rare in my experience these days. I cannot recommended them enough.
