From initial phone calls, survey, groundwork and the arrival of Andy with various team members- everyone was absolutely professional and really helpful. The toilet and sink were moved and a new shower, with seat, fitted. Bathroom cabinet set back into new tiles - walls and floor retiled to a very high standard. Flat was left immaculate when the job was completed. Would absolutely recommend without reservation.

Absolute Mobility installed a new shower for easy and safe use by my 95 year old mother. The specification was very detailed and they completed the work to our full satisfaction on time and on budget. Everyone in the team was friendly and responsive. I would definitely use them again

We saw an ad in our hospital that Absolute Mobility had a showroom near us and from our first visit we were impressed with the quality of the products and how helpful everyone was. The designer was knowledgeable and helpful, and our fitting team was cheerful and friendly; we can’t fault their workmanship. Our wetroom, with a bio bidet, has now been in use for over a month and we are delighted not only with the overall appearance and functionality( with the added reassurance of a lifetime guarantee) but even more with the significant reduction in back pain that has resulted. We needed to update our bathroom and took the opportunity to get a walk-in bath with electric powered seat to make life easier for my husband who has mobility issues. We also have a shower in the bath to suit me. We chose Absolute Mobility as they were able to do all the work we required including new tiling throughout the bathroom avoiding the need to go to separate contractors. This also worked out as the better value deal. Will and Charlie, our fitters from Absolute Mobility, did an excellent job for us and could not have been more considerate while the work was ongoing. They worked really hard and tided up beautifully each night and at the end of the job. The work took 3 weeks in all which is a long period to have contractors in your home but they made it an easy experience for us. We had various thoughts on taps for the bath and Absolute took the time to ensure we ended up with our preferred option, and the same with the placement of grab rails. We could not be more pleased with the end result, the tiling is beautiful and the bath and shower look really smart and suit our needs very well. Thank you to Emily and her team and a big thank you to Will and Charlie. We would definitely recommend Absolute Mobility.

Absolute Mobility have done an outstanding job altering our bathroom into a wet room. The bathroom fitter, Jamie, was excellent and good at problem solving. I am very pleased with the design which has meant that for the first time in years, I am able to shower without help.

Really cannot recommend Absolute Mobility enough from beginning to end. We decided, due to the deterioration of my husband's mobility, that it would be sensible to replace our redundant bath, with an accessible walk in shower before he actually needs to be seated in the shower. We chose Absolute Mobility, from 3 companies, to design and completely change the layout of the bathroom. Darren impressed us with his knowledge and commitment to doing what we wanted. Of those companies, AM were the only one that offered to do tiling instead of the acrylic panels, which we didn't want. The colours and designs are just not our style. Darren (and I) came up with the new layout, I chose the tiles and vanity unit, and work was scheduled for 6 weeks later. The work took 3 weeks. The whole room was gutted, pipework and electrics rearranged, and a beautiful shower room has been created, that we both really love. The workmanship of our fitters was excellent. Callum, Charlie and Trevor, (and electrician Lee who I didn't meet) worked well as a team, worked hard, and always cleaned up each day, and were a pleasure to have in our home. We decided on brickwork style tiling which they did beautifully. We 'Absolutely' love our new shower room and, with the grab rails (and seats to come) it will be the perfect solution to my husband's needs. Customer service was excellent too. Emily dealt with our queries and requests efficiently. Thanks very much to Darren and your team, we are delighted with our shower room, and would definitely recommend you.

We are completely delighted with our new bathroom. Out went the old bath, replaced by a walk in shower suitable for my wife who finds it difficult to walk. Absolute Mobility were a pleasure to deal with and were helpful at every step of the way. I am very impressed with the work carried out by Absolute Mobility. The initial survey took 2 hours, which was largely to understand the needs of my Dad, who was finding using a traditional shower in an enclosure increasingly difficult. This was followed by a process of tweaking the initial plan. All my questions and comments were taken into account prior to the survey. The actual installation of the wet room was fantastic, and the team was particularly thoughtful in allowing use of the bathroom during the installation despite the extra work involved. All in all, this is a great company and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
