Had observed the excellent loft conversion they had carried out at my daughter's house. Wanted an existing clumsy and heavy loft ladder removing and replacing. From the initial visit by Jack to carry out survey and give advice, to the speedy and detailed quotation, and arrival of Jamie to carry out installation, the whole process was smooth and trouble-free. Jamie was a speedy and efficient worker, who explained everything clearly and patiently, and left everywhere extremely neat and tidy. I am also impressed by the communication skills - we were kept fully informed of the details of the work, and all dates and times, and even received reminders of the agreed date for the job! I was able to get a quote within a few days which we were happy with. Very straightforward, and didn't try to sell us extras we didn't need. Job was booked quickly and on the day, the guys were very professional, clean and explained what they were doing. They also gave advice on how to avoid condensation and what type of ladder i should use, without trying to sell this to me directly. We just had some boarding added for storage but our loft was a bit awkward due to different heights on the joists, but it was all fitted very quickly. Really pleasant guys, thanks so much.

Great company, great lads and all round great experience. Jack came out for the initial quote and explained the products/options. When the lads came out they were 10 minutes early, polite and explained what they were going to do and then cracked on with it. Job was done to a great standard and timely. After installing they cleaned up explained the product to us. Definitely recommend.
