We had a new larger loft hatch and ladder fitted by Access4 lofts. Russell was very professional and ensured that we were happy with the location of the new hatch before proceeding with the work. He completed the job very efficiently and ensured that all working areas in our home were covered with dust sheets before commencing. Russ also took the time to demonstrate the new hatch and how to access and secure the ladder prior to use. Everything was left clean and tidy prior to his departure. Excellent job! The team of Jayden and Jim arrived on schedule. They were polite and friendly - after introducing themselves they got out the dust sheets - so everything was left clean and tidy. The workmanship was excellent and we were given a full demonstration to ensure we could operate the loft hatch and ladder. Would highly recommend!

Access4Lifts provided a new loft hatch and insulation throughout the roof space. Good experience from quote through to completion of work. Matt the fitter arrived on time and did a great job keeping me informed of options and progress and produced a quality finished installation which exceeded expectations. Phil was a great help in resolving some minor technical issues with online invoice payment. Overall very pleased with the service received.
