Telescopic ladder and loft hatch fitted in about 90 minutes by Phil and Pete who were friendly and polite. Carpets covered with dust sheets and any mess was cleared up and vacuumed away. How to use the ladder was demonstrated.

We talked through what we expected to be done and they simply got on with it. They left the house clean and tidy and took away all the rubbish. Good job done!

Phil was brilliant - explained everything, was really tidy and cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Also, as a woman on her own, it was nice not to be called 'sweetheart' and I felt totally at ease.
