The team were efficient and polite. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Once completed I had a brief on how the ladder and loft hatch worked with a demonstration. Recently used Access 4 Lofts to board our loft and install lights and a ladder. Great communication with the guys and fantastic price for the work offered along with a lifetime guarantee. The guys arrived in time to install, were exceptionally professional, polite and tidy and did a great job. Des and his team-mate Phil did a really good job fixing a new hatch and ladder in a very difficult small space. It was challenging to start with but they persisted until it was fixed and the result is exactly what we'd hoped for. Great communication throughout and super responsive service.
