Access4Lifts provided a new loft hatch and insulation throughout the roof space. Good experience from quote through to completion of work. Matt the fitter arrived on time and did a great job keeping me informed of options and progress and produced a quality finished installation which exceeded expectations. Phil was a great help in resolving some minor technical issues with online invoice payment. Overall very pleased with the service received.

From the first phone call to having the work done a week later I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. Des came round and quoted the job within a day of putting my request in. I was very happy with the price he quoted and he explained in detail what would be done. Phil came round a week later to do the install and was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up when he was finished and was very respectful while he was in our property. He even helped my wife move some furniture she was struggling with while I was out. Can't fault a single thing about these guys and i will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to our friends and family.

Very impressed from initial survey to installation. We had a tight space in our bedroom below the hatch and limited space in the loft itself. All the options and possible solutions were discussed at the outset and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Phil & Si arrived promptly and were very hard working and courteous. Dust sheets were put down from our hall, up the stairs and through to the bedroom for access to the loft. When the work was complete the house was spotless.

Des and his team-mate Phil did a really good job fixing a new hatch and ladder in a very difficult small space. It was challenging to start with but they persisted until it was fixed and the result is exactly what we'd hoped for. Great communication throughout and super responsive service. The company reinsulated and reboarded my loft which was badly needed. The whole experience was very easy. The initial quote from Des was very useful and informative, including not trying to sell me on any products which weren't needed and not replacing existing stuff unnecessarily (e.g. my existing loft ladder and hatch). Phil and Jim were quick and worked to high quality over the two days. They were on time, informative, and polite throughout the installation. Overall I would use this company again without hesitation.

Access4Lofts surveyed the loft hatch and sent me a fully detailed quotation within 24 hours. A date was arranged for installation where Phil and Pete done a very professional job and this included a demonstration of the working of the ladder. All in all wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

A new loft hatch was fitted with a telescopic ladder, and 300mm rock wool was insulation for the whole loft area. They arrived on time and laid dust sheets to keep all carpets clean. The loft hatch was installed and finished off very well. A very professional job. The insulation was laid and looks good, and I am sure the house will be much warmer. when they were finished, they allowed me to inspect the work and gave me a demonstration of how the telescopic ladder operates. Phil, Peter and Amadeus were very professional throughout, and I was very pleased with the work they carried out.
