Alan and Karmal arrived on time, got straight to work with no fuss. They are friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. As I had less work done than was originally quoted for, Alan only charged me for the work carried out. Entry to our roof loft was either impossible to open or impossible to close. Alan fitted a new hatch with much improved access gear. The loft in our garage was very dangerous to access and my wife had fallen from it and was lucky not to suffer serious injury. Alan brought a longer ladder with simple and safe accessories. We booked him for Tuesday but had to change to the Wednesday. This caused him no problems. Throughout he was courteous and informative, and completed both tasks in the space of a morning.

I wanted to replace my loft ladder to one that would be more accessible as I got older. Alan came out promptly to give suggestions and then sent me a quote - quite comprehensive, which is what I like so you know exactly what is included in the price. After accepting the quote I didn't have to wait long for him to come and do the work. Both he and the young man he brought were courteous and got on with the job. He did a couple of extra things on the day and was happy to add them to the existing quote.

Alan came to complete some loft boards in my property. He had a young gentlemen with him called Kamil, they are absolutely wonderful. They came on time, manners are wonderful, the workman ship amazing. Even at the least minute I asked for a new hatch to be fitted, it was no problem. They did it straight away, no fuss. They put covers down, cleaned up afterwards, they did a lot more work then originally thought and kept to the quoted price. They moved items around in the loft. They have restored my faith in tradesmen after I have had a couple of bad experiences. I would recommend Alan to anyone and everyone. I can't thank them enough. Donna

I required only loft insulation and contacted Access4lofts. I was pleased they were happy just to do the insulation. Alan and his colleague were very efficient, communicative and courteous.
