I selected Alan from a supplier list of around 3-4 because of his friendly approach to the quotation process, and to his ability to price match and he explained clearly what would happen and sent me video demonstration so I could see what I would be getting from a wooden ladder as a replacement for my metal ladder that was breaking. On the day of the work Alan and his colleague arrived early and worked efficiently to complete the job in just under 3 hours. I was very impressed with the workmanlike manner of the installation, thank you

As I had less work done than was originally quoted for, Alan only charged me for the work carried out. Entry to our roof loft was either impossible to open or impossible to close. Alan fitted a new hatch with much improved access gear. The loft in our garage was very dangerous to access and my wife had fallen from it and was lucky not to suffer serious injury. Alan brought a longer ladder with simple and safe accessories. We booked him for Tuesday but had to change to the Wednesday. This caused him no problems. Throughout he was courteous and informative, and completed both tasks in the space of a morning.
