Alan came to complete some loft boards in my property. He had a young gentlemen with him called Kamil, they are absolutely wonderful. They came on time, manners are wonderful, the workman ship amazing. Even at the least minute I asked for a new hatch to be fitted, it was no problem. They did it straight away, no fuss. They put covers down, cleaned up afterwards, they did a lot more work then originally thought and kept to the quoted price. They moved items around in the loft. They have restored my faith in tradesmen after I have had a couple of bad experiences. I would recommend Alan to anyone and everyone. I can't thank them enough. Donna

I required only loft insulation and contacted Access4lofts. I was pleased they were happy just to do the insulation. Alan and his colleague were very efficient, communicative and courteous. They have laid down a thick layer of insulation across a large loft area. I also feel their price was very reasonable.

Initial site visit was on time, explained everything that would be done, quoted had all details, and what stood out was a note that stated that what was quoted would be charged even if extra work had to be done that they did not check out initially. After acceptance they again arrived early and completed on time. They made sure that floor area inside house, stairs, etc was covered to avoid any damage or dirt. Excellent work done in loft- floor, some shelving and ladder. All explained at end how ladder operates etc and no mess left when finished. Payment was done and invoiced mailed later to us.

The purpose of the job was to facilitate loft access and loft storage. The scope of the work was: 1. Cut and remove a suitable section of the 1st floor ceiling, to create a receptacle for an access ladder. 2. Install the ladder and finish all trim around the receptacle. 3. Install floor boarding to a specified area of the loft floor. The contractor provided a quotation for all materials and labour in a fixed price and fixed work duration. The work was carried out in the stated time and for the stated cost. The quality of the work was excellent. On completion of the work, the worksite was completely cleaned and restored to its original status. The contractor's personnel were very pleasant and very amenable. Overall I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the work and the contractor.

Excellent work arrived at stated time, put covers on carpet and will little disruption. Very efficient & professional team.
