Alan was easy to deal with and he provided a fair quotation for the work. He was punctual and polite; he did a nice installation without causing any damage and he hoovered up and left the house as he found it; you can't ask for more than that! Would happily recommend to others.

We knew our loft insulation was poor, but were concerned that the job was done professionally. Alan from Access4Lofts in Crewe was punctual and did a careful survey. We received the quotation very quickly and accepted it. We were given a date for the work to be done and we agreed on it. We had asked for the loft to be cleared of old clutter, which was done quickly. The loft floor was then covered in deep insulation, including the cold water tank, Access to the loft was via an old hatch and this too was insulated and draught proofed with a rubber seal. All rubbish was taken, leaving us with a light clean of stray dust. Job done to our satisfaction and we look forward to feeling the benefits this winter.

I have just used Access4Lofts for the installation of a deluxe wooden loft ladder and new, larger loft hatch. I am very pleased with my new ladder. It was all completed very quickly (in just under 2 hours total) and the quality of the workmanship and customer service was extremely good. The sturdy wooden ladder, spring loaded fold up system was impressive. The steps have a decent wide tread and the strong side handle was of a very good standard. It is very easy to open and shut and I can manage most boxes myself without having to ask for an extra person to help! I can now get in and out of my loft quickly and easily when I want to store any household items, giving me much needed storage facilities at very little cost.

The loft of my house was insulated and two plastic water tanks removed and left on the drive; the eaves were also insulated. The two workmen worked quickly though they didn’t bring enough so one went off to the nearest B&Q for more. Sadly the hinted-at sheep’s wool became polystyrene and foil, although recycled and labelled ‘eco-friendly’ I was disappointed. They worked to time and budget, they were helpful, moving my bed out of their way and putting it back for me. They cleaned up well but said that I would still be finding polystyrene till Christmas! The TV aerial was dislodged - so no reception until I managed to find the problem and sort it. Although it was reported I have had no reply or apology.

Great job by Alan in boarding my loft space and putting in a loft ladder. Very efficient, tidy and speedy. Looks fabulous and would definitely recommend. Polite and professional.

Alan and his assistant arrived promptly and carried out the work to our full satisfaction. We can now start using our loft for storage for the first time since we moved in on 4th May - yippee!!

Alan did a great job of my loft, very pleased! He is very professional, approachable and friendly and he kept me up to date with the process and the work he was completing. Work was done well and on schedule. Alan also didn't charge me for additional flooring that was needed once the job began, and kept to the original quote. Good communication before hand via phone and email.

A prompt response was received to a request for a visit and quote. Advice was given on the need for new insulation and the loft boarding system was explained . The quote was received quickly by e-mail. A prompt start was made on the agreed date for implementation. The work proceeded quickly with little disruption. Covering sheets were used and cleaning up took place during the work and at the end of the day. The work consisted of a new loft hatch and new loft ladder, partial boarding of the main loft and replacement of old insulation and topping up. The work was completed on time in under a day. The loft is now much easier and safer to access and I am very pleased with the work. An excellent service, all I had to do was to provide a few brews.

Alan arrived on time. He delivered a very quick and efficient service. As agreed in the original quote, the price was competitive and very good value. We got the quote promptly via email and the job was completed very quickly. He was friendly and helpful. He cleared all the debris away afterwards. He was a very clean worker.
