We had put off having a new loft ladder/hatch as we couldn't face the upheaval. However, we need not have worried! Our new loft hatch/ladder arrived on the day we had booked, and Billy worked quietly, calmly and professionally to provide what we needed. Having just moved into a bungalow we needed the loft ladder replacing. Billy completed a survey and we discussed the options. Having agreed what I would like doing we agreed a date and time for the work to be completed. Billy arrived early on the day to start work and talked me through what he was going to do. He completed the work with minimal noise, disruption and mess. After the work was completed he again talked me through everything, demonstrating how everything worked, and ensured I was happy before he left.
