Michael responded quickly to my quote request, he gave advice and comparative prices for different solutions that would suit my needs and showed examples; there was no pressure to choose immediately. John fitted a new loft hatch and shelving, and did a great job. He was easy to talk to and very friendly while remaining polite and professional. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up well after himself. I’m very happy with the work that was carried out and at a very reasonable price. I would like to thank both Michael and John for their help and would highly recommend using this company.

The loft ladder installation was done very well and completed efficiently by Access4Lofts. Michael was professional and friendly throughout the job. They explained everything clearly before and after the installation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and service provided.

Great service from Winston, really respectful of property and worked away non stop. Gave great safety demos at end showing proper way to use the loft ladders. Explained everything he was doing and why which was a great help to me. Also great service from Michael who replied to job ad very quickly, came out got a detained look and gave a quote with full explanation, again this was most helpful. Would 100% recommend this company.

From the initial quotation, through to the job's completion, i was very happy with it all. Michael, who did the quotation, explained everything; what would be done, materials used, suggestions for ladders, etc. Very reassuring. The fitters all arrived on time, were polite and just cracked on with the work. Noise, while unavoidable, was minimal, all things considered. Once done, everything was cleaned up, hoovered and left immaculate. I was taken through how everything works, step by step, and given a tour of the work done in the loft space. Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with the initial visit, the quoted price, the quality of the work done and the professionalism of the company. No hesitation recommending Access4Lofts to others, and will have them back to do additional work when i can.

I recently had my loft floored and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole process was professional and stress-free. Michael, who came out to provide the quote, was excellent. He was clear, professional, and provided all the information I needed promptly, without being at all pushy on sales, which I really appreciated. Winston, who completed the work, was equally impressive. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked neatly and tidily throughout, and was very professional in both his workmanship and his manner. He treated the house with respect and made sure everything was left spotless. At the end, he took the time to give me a full demonstration, which was really helpful. Service from start through Michael visiting to see what work had to be carried out, very reasonable quote was received that night. Then available dates were sent the next day. I chose my date and work was done on that exact date. Winston started at 0830 hours and worked consistently all day, his work was pristine and showed great pride in his workmanship. He was very friendly and helpful with information on what was happening throughout. He explained how loft ladder worked when completed. All finished to an excellent standard, we were over the moon with the level of service and work ethic. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating, would highly recommend. Very competitive price also. We had Michael come out to do the measurements then had Winston who came out to do the fitting of the loft. From start to finish, both professional and friendly. Care was taken when moving equipment and also helped minimise mess - vacuumed too! Would highly recommend as we now have a solid loft space ready for all our stuff! Thanks a lot! The fitter arrived at the time they said they would. Fitted loft hatch and ladder and gave me a full demonstration of how it worked. Left the house spotless, even brought his own hoover. We dealt with two members of the Glasgow South Access4Lofts team. Michael came to work up our quote and explain the job and expectations and also worked on our new loft hatch which is very well placed. He kept us well informed about changes in the start time of the job and always replied in good time to any queries we had. Winston was with us all day on the day of the flooring of the loft - he was a friendly, non-stop worker, who protected our carpets, laid a very tidy loft, demonstrated how our new loft ladder worked, marked the boards our shower fan was under and did an excellent tidy up. We went with Access4Lofts after a neighbour recommended them to us and so far we are very happy with the service we received and the finished job. We had a couple of things inside the original loft hatch which were not at all accessible and these had been thoughtfully moved onto the new boards for easy access. We would have no problem recommending this company and the care and standard of their workmanship. We received a quote for several options and each one was carefully outlined to us and advice given on which option would be best and why. There was no pressure to take any or all of the choices. The job was completed to the agreed schedule and budget.

Extremely professional company that do exactly what they say they will. I called for a quote and had Michael here the same day with a comprehensive and very reasonable quote. Decided to go ahead and book installation and it was scheduled, guys came the day they said they would and just got on with an excellent job. The hallway was cleaned up as if they had never been there and I was walked through everything. Cannot recommend this company enough and now I have so much storage space, I am delighted with the work. If only all companies were like this one.

Asked for a quote to fit a new loft hatch and ladder. Michael came and explained the different options and prices and an email quote arrived a day or so later which I was happy to accept. A date was agreed which set out when they would arrive and how long the job would take. Professional, friendly, skilled tradesmen - they didn't even stop for a cuppa! The finished work is exactly as promised leaving everything spotless. Small touches such as cutting up the old heavy wooden ladder into manageable chunks for me to dispose of and filling little gaps in the woodwork where the old hatch had been attached were greatly appreciated. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team.

Everything went well from start to finish. Loft hatch looks neat and tidy and the insulation we had installed is already making a difference with the heat in the house. The friendly installer arrived on time and worked efficiently. When job was done removed his dust sheets and vacuumed whole area. Them demonstrated how to work the new hatch. No problems or snagging.

Great service and work completed on the day agreed. Engineer explained the process of the install before starting and answered any questions I had. Showed how the loft ladders worked, lighting and walked through the loft layout once completed. Dust sheets used and cleaned and tided up after the install.

From the moment I contacted Access4lofts I was so impressed by the professionalism and the care taken to discuss and explain the work we had requested. Communication was excellent and on the day, the work was completed brilliantly. I am so impressed by the work and would recommend Access4 Lofts Glasgow South to anyone. The space created in our loft is fantastic and additional storage shelving is fabulous. In addition, the team made our existing loft ladder more stable and secure by adding a spring to the ladder. From start to finish this job was brilliant. Michael Barrett came to our house the day after we contacted Access4Lofts. He gave us an excellent quote to have the loft floored and installing loft ladders and we arranged the date for the job to be done 3 weeks later. The workmen came right on time, and were very professional and friendly. All the carpets were covered with dust sheets. Everything was tidied up as soon as they were finished and Winston (one of the workmen) showed us how to operate the loft ladder. This was a fantastic service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Operatives arrived on time, explained their job and checked this was what had been ordered. They were tidy and efficient, made very little mess which was captured by dust sheets then tidied and vacuumed when finished. Very pleased with the re-located loft access, ladder and flooring. Recommended.
