My name is Oliver and I’m your Halesowen based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

We used Access 4Lofts to completely board out our loft space and move and fit a new loft hatch with build in ladder. Rich was professional, knowledgeable and quick with completing the works, even during a heatwave. Brilliant service and a lovely job carried out. Extremely happy with our newly boarded loft, transforming a partly unused space into a well accessible and spacious area which can now be used to its full potential. Very competitive on costs and great quality materials used. Would fully recommend.

Richard explained the options available during his survey visit and helped us choose the best solution. A couple of days before the installation he confirmed the appointment details and kept us informed throughout the process. He fitted the new hatch door and ladder in a very efficient manner and fully explained how to operate the new access. He took care during the installation and ensured that the areas were fully covered and tidied up on completion. I would highly recommend Richard and would certainly use him again if the need arose.

Initial phone call enquiry dealt with professionally. There was no pressure in the initial visit to assess work needed, paperwork with quote gave clear breakdown of cost and time for relocating the access to my loft and installing a drop down ladder, both Richard and Gary were hard working, polite, considerate and a pleasure to have in my home. Having spotted their excellent advert in a local journal I received prompt attention to give a quotation which was detailed and, I thought, reasonably priced. I placed the order a week or so later, agreed a convenient date and Richard arrived spot on time. Care was taken putting down dust sheets on stairs etc and work was carried out without any fuss. He cleared up afterwards. Pleasant personality and I have already recommended him to someone else.

Richard came out to quote and made suggestions which would suit me. He was thorough, professional and courteous. The job took just over a day and half.
