Very good service, on time, professional installation, cleaned everything after installing ladder and gave clear demonstration how to work ladders. Richard arrived at the given time and began work on fitting the loft ladder immediately. Richard was very thorough and took care with his workmanship. When the ladder was fitted he took time to explain how the ladder was accessed and the correct way to extend and lock the ladder in to place. There was no mess, no fuss and the job was completed very quickly. We will be using Richard again.

Richard from Access4Lofts Halesowen was a pleasure to have working in my home. He was punctual, friendly, helpful and very professional. He stood out immediately as a cut above others I had asked to quote for the job. The job was to install a new loft hatch in a bedroom and board over the old hatch in the bathroom ready for plastering – all the work was completed to a very high standard, on time and in full accordance with the quote and comes with a lifetime guarantee. I found Richard’s quote to be very competitive. When he came to do the quote he explained exactly what he would do and advised on the best hatch for the job. The quality of Richard’s work is great all round providing an exceptionally finished, neat job. Richard was careful to put down dust sheets from the front door all the way up 3 floors to the bathroom and bedroom. He cleaned up when finished and even took the initiative and brought some old floorboards down from the loft that the previous owners of the house had left up there. I am really pleased with the job and would be more than happy to highly recommend Richards’ work to anyone.

We used Access 4Lofts to completely board out our loft space and move and fit a new loft hatch with build in ladder. Rich was professional, knowledgeable and quick with completing the works, even during a heatwave. Brilliant service and a lovely job carried out. A couple of days before the installation he confirmed the appointment details and kept us informed throughout the process. He fitted the new hatch door and ladder in a very efficient manner and fully explained how to operate the new access. Having spotted their excellent advert in a local journal I received prompt attention to give a quotation which was detailed and, I thought, reasonably priced. I placed the order a week or so later, agreed a convenient date and Richard arrived spot on time. Care was taken putting down dust sheets on stairs etc and work was carried out without any fuss. He cleared up afterwards. Pleasant personality and I have already recommended him to someone else.

Richard came out to quote and made suggestions which would suit me. He was thorough, professional and courteous. The job took just over a day and half. He lay dust sheets down, hoovered up after himself, made very little noise, I forgot he was up there ! The loft looks amazing and I am very happy with his service. 100% recommended.

Today I had a new loft ladder and hatch supplied & fitted. Throughout the whole process I have received a first class service. The quote was done quickly after an initial inspection from Rich. He arrived on time to do the job. Took his shoes off and covered all the carpets on my stairs and landing so as to keep them clean. He worked with minimum fuss but was very friendly. He tidied up and vacuumed after he had finished. As far as I can tell the ladder is good quality (time will tell I suppose) and I have been delighted with the whole process. Thanks Rich on a job well done. I highly recommend.

The work carried out was for my loft to be boarded out and to fit a strip light. Right from the first contact, through the quote to the final completion of work I couldn’t fault Access4Lofts Halesowen. Rich was friendly, kept me up to date regularly with information leading up to the work being carried out and delivered the work to an excellent standard. Access4Lofts fitted a loft ladder to my property. They came and quoted for the job a few weeks before, explained what work would be carried out and how the quote broke down. They were available to do the job within a few weeks, arrived on time for every appointment and were friendly and helpful. Whilst I was deciding which company to use I also emailed with queries which were answered promptly and informatively. On the day of the work they laid sheets to catch any mess made and cleaned up after the job. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.
