Access4Lofts Lincoln

I contacted Access4Lofts in April to get a quote on having a loft ladder fitted and the loft floor boarded. Samantha replied very quickly on the same day and Matt visited a couple of weeks later to carry out a survey. It would have been only a week later, but I had to delay it, so their surveys are done very quickly! It was recommended for our loft hatch to also be replaced, which we agreed with as it was 30 years old and very small. We received a quote on the same day and were very happy with the price. As a bonus, an LED light was fitted for free which has been extremely useful. The work was carried out a month later by a lovely man whose name I unfortunately have forgotten. He arrived promptly at 10:30am and worked straight through until 2:30pm with no issues. Before leaving he made sure we were happy with how everything looked and showed us how to use the new ladder and light safely. Everything was left in great condition; the carpet was vaccumed, the ceiling fillered and all rubbish removed. A lovely touch was the fact that the extended opening was made to be symmetrical with our existing opening, as part of the coving on one side was already cut out, so the coving was made to match when the new hatch was implemented. We have been super happy with the results, so much that we have recommended Access4Lofts to others and one household has already had some work done of their own. Everyone we dealt with was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Brilliant service throughout. I contacted Access4Lofts after my nephew had a loft ladder and boards installed by them. I'd been wanting a ladder installed, new storage in the loft, as well as deeper insulation. The company were very professional, and quick. The quote was very competitive, and the chap who came to check the loft area suggested shelving rather than extra boarding further out from the loft hatch. The workman who arrived to do the work was very professional, and carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with the result, and the lifetime guarantee.
