My name is Kelvin and I’m your Milton Keynes based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Kelvin has done a great job in fulfilling our needs. He listened to what we wanted and just got on with the job in a professional and courteous manner. He enlarged the hatch, moved the lights, installed the boarding on tilts, created shelves and pole for hanging clothes and then sealed the area using plasterboard and webbing. I would recommend Kelvin to any further customer and happy to show the work if needed.

Kelvin Lee spent time on the initial survey before quoting. He was happy to listen to what we hope to achieve and make suggestions. His price was very competitive and he explained in detail how he would do the installation. On the day of installation he arrived on time, did the work with the minimum of mess and cleaned up afterwards. He took time to take us through the practicalities of lowering the ladder and putting it back into the loft. He is polite and hard working. We are delighted with the job and would be glad to recommend him to others.

The quote process was very efficient & professional with everything explained clearly which is why I chose Access4Lofts to carry out the work in my loft. We changed our requirements from the first quote and nothing was too much trouble resending a new quote. Any changes were confirmed in writing via email. The finished work is of good quality. Kelvin arrived on time worked very efficiently and was exceptionally clean and tidy. We were given a demonstration of the ladder before Kelvin left and he assured us that if we had any problems he would help us to resolve them.
