I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Simon and Adam helped install ladder, new hatch, insulation and boards in an awkward loft above a fitted bathroom. It was not a straightforward job. They were friendly and very professional. Very professional service from Simon coming out to see the loft and give us a quote. As our roof structure made attic flooring impractical. Simon suggested shelving which we went with. Our loft was a bit of a mess, to say the least and we needed new insulation, boarding and also electrics checked with new strip lights. Simon, his daughter and the electricians performed a miracle. Communication was excellent, they arrived promptly, the house was left clean and tidy, all rubbish was taken and payment was not required until the job was complete. We are utterly delighted with the end result and would certainly recommend them.

The installation involved replacing a very old loft hatch and ladder to our 120 years old house with high ceiling and delicate plasterwork. Throughout, Simon performed the work skilfully and professionally. His attention to detail and “can do” approach made for a highly successful outcome. Both Simon and assistant, Robyn, should be commended for their work.Whist I believe the work was at times quite difficult, they never lost their good humour.They left the landing and staircase areas, clean and tidy.
