Edward has just left our property after spending two days installing a new loft hatch and boarding our loft area and I have no hesitation in giving him a 10/10 review for his excellent work. He is a very hard worker and brought the job in on time and on budget - exactly as he said he would. My wife and I have been most impressed by his diligence and conscientiousness in wanting to do the job to the very best standard. Thank you Edward for also for taking such good care of our home; in the way you protected all surfaces and kept the work area clean and tidy throughout. We decided to accept Edward's competitive quote to do the work at our home after he did such an excellent job at my workplace loft area. Although that was a much bigger job (60+ square meters), in very hot and cramped conditions, he did a fantastic job - one which many people have commented on very favourably. Edward did an incredible job from start to finish, from his initial visit, where he outlined all the options simply and effectively, through to the installation of our loft boardings and ladder. When he showed me the finished product, it was the highest quality work I've seen and there was zero mess anywhere in the house or loft. He showed me how to operate the ladder correctly and made sure I got to practice with him there in case there were any issues. Having spent time in the loft now, it will have such a positive impact on our storage and Edward was the one who made that happen. His prices were the most competitive and you get absolute first-rate work for that! I would to recommend him to anyone thinking about sorting their loft out, a surefire win from beginning to end.

Fitted a new loft hatch and boarded the loft area . It was done within 1.5 day schedule and the budget was a great price. Turned up on time when he said he would be there. Very helpful explained the job he was going to do .

Edward did an amazing job boarding out my loft and fitting a ladder. He worked extremely hard, was clean and tidy but most importantly he was very thoughtful and considerate. He took into consideration my height 4"11 and adapted things to help like the pole to pull down the ladder. I could not believe the finished result it was remarkable, so tidy and so much room. I would definitely recommend him for his good work and as someone who is honest and reliable.

We contacted Edward to ask for a quote of boarding the loft in our rather old house. Edward turned up on time, talked us through the options and explained the timeframes for work. Work was able to start just a couple of weeks later. Edward was on time each day, worked incredibly hard, despite the April heatwave and completed the job in the timeframe he gave us. He was incredibly tidy, his work was pristine to the point you wouldn’t have even known he’d been here when he left each day. We are thrilled with the result, we’ve got a huge amount of additional storage, the quality of work is exceptional and it’s clear Edward take immense pride in his work. Edward was excellent. He was punctual and explained all parts of the job before starting. He used dust sheets throughout the house and left everything clean after completing the job. Highly recommended.
