Hello, my name is John and we're Access4Lofts Northern Ireland. Our team can help you utilise your loft space by providing safe and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
We install a variety of different types of loft ladder to suit most lofts, additionally we supply and fit loft hatches, loft boarding, insulation, shelving and LED lighting. We pride ourselves in the exceptional quality of our service, from start to finish.
Our team are very friendly and will leave no mess, with no fuss, just easy access to your lovely storage space.
We always visit you and provide a free survey followed by a detailed written quotation, with no high pressure sales.

They installed a loft ladder suitable for my circumstances and floored and insulated the loft. They were on time and the job was completed as agreed. There was no messing about, they worked hard all day and tidied up when they were finished. They took time to explain what they had done and why and demonstrated how to operate the loft ladder. I was very pleased with the finished result and would have no problem in recommending them.

John installed a loft ladder, top up insulation, flooring, and shelving. From start to finish John was meticulous in his workmanship , friendly and professional. Everything was clearly explained and a detailed quotation was provided at the initial visit. From the initial visit I knew that the job would be carried out to a high standard. Once complete he took time to carefully explain and demonstrate how to operate the ladder and emphasised health and safety and also to contact him if any problems or queries. John went "the extra mile" by even taking down loose floorboards from the attic and cutting them up to make it easier for me to dispose of. John provided a 5 star service and I have already recommended him to others.

John carried out flooring in my loft. The first day he arrived he explained everything and gave me a quote, we then agreed a date for the work. He arrived promptly and kept me up to date regarding his progress. He is very particular and ensures his work is of a high standard and he is so pleasant. He didn’t leave a speck of dirt. I was so impressed that he is coming back to finish flooring all of the loft. I have already recommended him to people. Five stars. Job well done

I had a new hatch and loft ladder fitted plus an area floored in the roof space. After agreeing to a quote from Access4lofts John confirmed a day and time to carry out the work. He and a mate arrived promptly as arranged and completed the job in around four hours. The standard of work was outstanding and the area was left spotless. On completion John explained the operation of the ladder, the guarantee and a telephone number for any follow-up. An all-round excellent job carried out by a very pleasant and friendly tradesman!
