I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

After initial contact, John called out and gave an estimate and advice. I wanted a replacement loft ladder and flooring in the loft. We also discussed possible shelfing. He arranged a time for the job. This was confirmed the day before and he arrived on time. He was careful and thorough in his work. He explained all things very well. He came back a few days later to finish off the shelving. John has done a very good job and it has transformed my loft. I would recommend him to anyone.

John Donnelly was incredibly reliable arriving on time for initial inspection and then very helpful in explaining the products he would use and the process of the work. Upon starting the work he arrived on schedule and again kept us informed of the work plan. He was very meticulous and had dust sheets in place throughout the work. He tidied up any mess at the end of each day. He was incredibly quiet and efficient with no extraneous noise or mess. I would happily recommend this gentleman to anyone.

The work I had done was the flooring of the roof space and installation of an access ladder and lights. The work wad done exactly to the agreed schedule and budget. I had previously seen the traders work in my neighbours house and was very impressed with the standard of workmanship. The aftercare was good as I received an easy to follow video clip of how to operate the ladder and had the traders mobile number should I have had any difficulties. Nothing has gone wrong to date .

John provided a brilliant service - from the initial visit and quote to completing the work. He arrived when he said he would and worked around the unexpected bank holiday for the Queen's funeral so he could finish on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the insulation work I needed and I felt confident that he would do a good job. After he had left, I couldn't tell that he had been - he left absolutely no mess. Now that the weather has turned really cold, I am really appreciating what a difference the loft insulation makes and especially as John insulted the loft access hatch which has cured the usual winter draught around the ankles! A good job well done.
