My name is John and I’m your Northern Ireland South based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

John was truly professional and provided an excellent service. Advised on what would work best in a small and complicated apartment installation. John installed a loft ladder for me a couple of weeks ago. I asked him at the time to give me a quote for flooring the remainder of our loft. (We had only a fraction of the space floored at the time of the ladder installation). The quote arrived promptly and I was satisfied with it especially as I knew the quality of John’s work. We’ve just had our attic converted by John and couldn’t be more delighted with it. He’s done an exceptional job. When he was converting he noticed some raised platforms that he could further convert to give us even more storage and was able to do it within the timeframe he originally provided too. Highly recommend and will be telling all the neighbours about him! Really lovely guy too.

We had a loft ladder installed by John. From survey to completion the service was excellent. John arrived at the time we agreed and completed the job in the timeframe he gave us. Everything was done perfectly and the area was spotlessly clean when he was finished. John texted us the night before to confirm his arrival time and the initial quotation was emailed promptly after the survey. An extremely professional and friendly service, very highly recommended.
