Glen was brilliant from start to finish. Glen gave us a quote on topping up our insulation and loft boarding, he explained in full detail what the job consisted of and the quote contained no hidden extras and wasn't pushy whatsoever. The work was carried out on the agreed schedule. He was punctual, polite, very tidy worker. Would definitely recommend Glen and wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

It can be a minefield these days trying to find a reliable tradesperson, but Glen was brilliant. The work has been completed to a perfect standard, exactly as agreed upon and all on time. All my questions/ requests for quote adjustments were responded to very promptly, and all emails & details were clear. Glen was professional throughout - from first survey to hoovering up at the end of the job, and was always polite and respectful of our home. There was no pushy sales tactics, just years of experience and advice on what could be suitable for our needs. He took extra care when moving around the house, checking where our (occasionally adventurous) Labrador was before opening or closing doors, which was greatly appreciated. Glen was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish he was punctual, polite and happy. When quoting he explained everything clearly without being condescending or pushy and was very prompt in responding to all messages. He arrived on time and stuck to the scheduled 1.5 day install. We left him with a key and he even messaged when he left assuring everything was locked. He explained the easiest way to get up and down on the ladder and even showed us. Would 100% recommend Glen to anyone!

I had to reschedule the original instillation date but Glen changed it for me with any problems. Everything was done well and was left tidy. I would happily recommend him.

Glen was brilliant from the very first visit to measure up,there was no pressure when he emailed me the quote.. He came back a few weeks later to start the job,he was on time and explained everything..very tidy and didn’t leave a speck of dust!!

I did not feel that at any point he was being pushy or focussing on "making a hard sell" He adjusted the quote once I changed my mind and agreed a suitable date which worked well with myself and my family requirements. He was always respectful of my property and kept the area clean and tidy and protected my carpets. As I have a house-cat and a small crawling baby, he ensured the door was always safely closed when entering / exiting the property. He kept to the agreed timescale of 1.5 days and he worked very hard throughout. He noticed there was an imperfection with the loft ladder he was installing and replaced it. The overall quality of work in the loft is amazing. It has allowed me to have so much more storage space in my house. The work looks high quality and made to last. After he had finished, he gave me a full demonstration of how the loft ladder worked and ensured I was satisfied with his workmanship. I am so happy that I went with Glen to carry out these works.

Glen arrived promptly each morning and worked tirelessly despite the very warm weather. Needed a loft hatch moved/widened. Glen took time to explain all options and costs. Glen was professional courteous and punctual. From beginning to end Glen explained and demonstrated all aspects of the work in uncomplicated language that left me in no doubt about the process. Glen called within a day of requesting a quote online. He called to the property within a couple of days. He gave me a written quote, no pressure. Very professional, on time. He fitted a loft ladder a couple of weeks later. Again, on time. Tidy, professional and no questions too much trouble. I have now booked him to board the loft out completely.
