Very pleased with the work carried out by Jayden. He arrived promptly, asking me if I had any questions before he started. Put down dust sheets, covering not only the room he was working in but all the way down the stairs. Jayden removed all the old boards we had and then fully boarded the entire space. Upon completion, he asked if I wanted to review first. He then made sure everywhere was left clean. I would highly recommend Access4loft.

Jayden arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He began work immediately after laying out plenty of dust sheets to contain any mess. By late morning he had removed our old hatch, resized the access hole and fitted the new hatch and ladder as well as the trim. He then began boarding the loft space. By the end of the day, nearly half of the loft had been boarded. Before leaving for the day Jayden cleaned up, vacuumed the landing and stairs and removed the dust sheets leaving the space clean and tidy. The following morning, he again arrived at the agreed time and began working straight away. The loft was completed by mid afternoon, before cleaning up any mess. He then demonstrated how the new hatch worked and showed me the work he had done in the loft. To say we were happy with the work would be an understatement. The work was very neat and tidy, fast and efficient and finished to a very high standard. I couldn't recommend Access4Lofts Southend, and more specifically Jayden enough. If you choose to work with them, you're in safe hands and won't regret it.

Glen was very thorough and professional when doing the quote and explained everything. On the day, the fitter Jayden was very polite, asking if we had any questions. He worked hard, cleaned up well afterwards and the job done was exactly as we hoped. We would have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts Southend on Sea to anyone.

Loft boarded and wooden steps installed, done to an excellent standard, plus good advice given beforehand. No rubbish left behind and area left clean and tidy each night, all for a great price. Would not hesitate to recommend Glen to family or friends.

I was called within a few days of my enquiry and a valuation was booked in. Glenn came and gave me a thorough explanation of what he could do and a breakdown of costs. Glenn arrived on the day promptly and was professional, helpful and tidy!! He even ensured I was aware of a leak in my roof. The work carried out was fantastic and I think my carpets were cleaner after he left than when he arrived, due to his tidying up. I can’t wait to get some space back in my house. I would highly recommend Glenn with no hesitation.

We thought it was a good price for the work . I was impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge provided by the person installing the loft ladder. They were friendly and we were happy with the end product. The loft ladder was installed with good quality in mind and easy to arrange.

Glen has just enlarged and replaced my loft hatch and fitted a telescopic loft ladder. Glen was respectful, polite, honest and put me at ease from the first survey. On the day of the work taking place he arrived at the time stated and was very professional. I am so happy with the outcome, with how clean he left the area and with how thorough he was at demonstrating the new hatch and ladders. He made sure I wasn't left with any unanswered questions.
