I had a free quote and discussed my options, which included additional extras that I didn’t realise I needed. I was given a quotation very quickly and booked in. I had to change the date of installation but this was no problem at all for Phill. The invoice was sent before installation so that I was fully aware of all cost. On the day the team were on time, Very quick, quiet and got the job done without making any mess. The standard of work definitely met my expectations and I now have a loft exactly how I planned it. Access4lofts did an excellent job, Phil was courteous and polite. Carpets were covered with dust sheets and when job was completed everything was left extremely clean and tidy. Could not fault our experience with Phil.

Phil understood our needs and made suggestions to ensure we had the product we needed and would work well for us. Having struggled with a ladder to get into the loft we knew it was time to get a pull down loft ladder and have the existing loft access enlarged. He arrived on time, clean and polite. His explanations were clear and easy for our aged brains to understand! He quoted a price which we believed to be fair and a date was set. On the day of installation, he again arrived on time, clean and polite. I was very impressed with the way he prepared for the work bringing in a clean dust sheet to cover the stairs and the area below the existing loft hatch. The work was completed without a hitch and no trace of dust or sawdust was evident when he left. Thank you Phil for a job well done!

When Phil came to assess my loft, he provided a quote and a date to complete the insulation and boarding of the loft. He gave a full explanation of the work the job entailed. This was followed up by an email to confirm that I wished to proceed. On the day prior to starting work he messaged me as a reminder. The work was completed seamlessly. He did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous throughout.
