I have had work done by this company a few years ago and was very pleased, hence employing them again. The product quality is excellent and has certainly added value to the property. The only problem we had this time was due to an unexpected lack of man power, leaving just one fitter to do the job by himself, which took almost a week to complete what should have been 1 to 2 days. However, having spoken with the company, they rearranged the fitter’s schedule to allow him to get the job done, this man deserves a bonus, having worked until 10:30pm one day laying bricks (for the lintel) in the dark. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the future.

This was a unique and pleasant experience from beginning to end. No pushy salesman, instead a gentleman who knew his job & gave good advice. The surveyor saw a small problem which we were able to sort before work commenced. Fitters were prompt, polite & friendly and considerate of my home. A very efficient and professional team. 12/10

Two fitters came prompt on the day and time as arranged the door, frame, step, was fitted with care, time was taken to make sure the door locked and was fitted to perfection. He checked and was so pleased with our new door, the old door frame, rubbish was all taken away. We will use Acorn again.

Acorn Windows were professional from start to finish. No pressured sales tactics, just clear, fair pricing and sensible discussions about what I wanted and how they could help me achieve this, including letting me design stain glass for the top lights myself to work with the door chosen and the style of the house. The windows were very well fitted. The fitters were excellent at explaining the window features and fitting so I am completely confident of their quality and the fitting process - which made a real change from the last firm I dealt with! This quality work included working really hard to ensure they could replace my original internal wood architrave round the new door! This was a real bonus, as I wasn't sure it would be possible. All the staff were polite and friendly, the fitters were also tidy and worked really hard to get the job finished, despite a few flurries of snow! The windows and door are beautiful and I have already had lots of complements on how good they look!

Trying to find a company that would do a relatively 'small' repair & maintenance job on a domestic cladding job was proving impossible until someone suggested I contact Acorn Windows. Unlike all the other companies who only wanted big commercial jobs, the Acorn guys were straight on to it. they came to see what was needed at a time that suited us. They gave good advice & repaired the storm damaged cladding quickly, efficiently at a good price.
