Perfect and professional clearance service within 48hrs of first contact. Reasonable pricing (cheaper than a skip and 3 good men to clear things for you!) and careful adherence to the legal side of things to protect the customer and the clearance company to avoid illegal dumping issues. Every step of the way was courteous and efficient and they tidied up well afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

I needed domestic rubbish removed from two garages. This company was helpful and polite from the first phone call. Their price was competitive and reasonable and their paperwork comprehensive. Great job from start to finish - Graham communicated promptly and clearly. His quote was very fair and he stuck to it despite one or two small changes on my part. They turned up spot on time - cleared the house and cleaned it in one day - involving a team of eight (many of them family - really nice people). They work quickly and quietly and I felt confident having them in the house. Highly recommended!

Having used a different waste company previously who we were not happy with, we were grateful for a family recommendation of Active waste. From speedy response to our enquiry to final clearance everything was handled really well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. In addition, they emphasised the correct procedure for dealing with the items removed showing me where they were to be disposed of and dispelling any fears that the material would not be disposed of properly.

Graham responded within a day of me contacting Active to arrange clearance of household rubbish and a Flytip outside my back garden fence. The team arrived exactly on time and cleared all of the rubbish within 15 minutes. Prior to the clearance, I was given a price for the collection which was fare. I was subsequently given a waste transfer notice as proof that the waste would be disposed of safely. Like another reviewer, I have never previously been given such documentation. Graham phone me later the same day to check that the rubbish had been removed and if I was happy with the service I received. An excellent company, which I am pleased to recommend. I shall use Active if I need to dispose of any items. I shall recommend them to my neighbours and friends.

I have used this company a number of times, as they are reliable, sensibly priced, professional and have a speedy response when called. I was impressed with the reassurance they offer regarding no possibility of our trade waste being flytipped. They produced documentation that was reassuring. Wanted a skip however got a recommendation from a friend for this company, they came in to quote very quickly even though they have being busy during lock down. once they came back to removel all the indoor and outdoor rubbish there were no extra cost. They were cheaper than a skip and I didn't have to move anything I have since recommend this company on to my mother and others due to their polite and professional manner, they also kept to all social distancing guide lines. really like the fact that we received a certificate so we know nothing will get fly tipped. Would 100% use again.
