Add Detail are the best of the best and I would not use anyone one else for any of my HIU related jobs. They do a superb job for an honest and competent price. Justin the Engineer is an absolute expert at what he does, and every job he has done for me has been outstanding. In addition he is a great person who is professional, experienced, honest, punctual and reliable. His partner Sigis who runs the office side of things is also most helpful when booking a job or getting a quote and is easy to communicate with. All in all, I cannot recommend anyone better for any of your HIU needs.

Servicing of a HIU heating unit Easy to contact and make appointment. Did not have long for the appointment. Clear concise communication, regarding appointment and the work was completed on schedule Work completed on time. and completed a comprehensive report of the work done and the status of the boiler. My only reason I am giving a 4star instead of 5 is because as I was not present during the actual work, I feel I could have been given a phone call to explain some of the issues in the report. Having said that, I did email the engineer regarding those issues and he responded promptly and put my mind at ease.

I have used Add Detail for a few years now. They installed an HIU for me a couple of years ago after servicing the old one and now carry out the yearly service. ADD undertook a full service and repair of our HIU. Their quote was highly competitive and there were no hidden extras or extended labour charges. We really felt we could trust their work and we’re not being taken advantage of. From excellent pre/post admin correspondence from Sigis to Justin’s thorough, professional, courteous, and diligent labour (even going the extra mile to provide the service report that same evening), using ADD has been a real pleasure. I would recommend them without hesitation.
