Jason did some damp work on a wall in my house. He was punctual, pleasant and did a really good job. He left the room clean and tidy. His price for the work was good and I am going to get him back to do some plastering in the future.

We used Jason and team to tank two rooms in our old Victorian house, we were really struggling with damp. We have a dog that isn't great with strangers, so we actually had to vacate while the work was being done. Given that Jason and team were Which? trusted traders we felt much better about this. The communication around the work was great, we were sent lots of update photos while we were away. The 'after care' support was also incredibly helpful, as we went on to have some additional work done and Jason had no issues supporting me with any questions, ensuring nothing would impact the work he had done. I have already recommend Jason and team to other neighbors and they would be my first check point for any work that needs to be done in the future. I felt the cost of the work was very reasonable, and we were very happy with the way that the house was left!

When damp appeared in my utility room, Jason immediately identified the most likely source (leaking pipework in the kitchen) and came up with a plan to find and fix the leak while minimising disruption and damage to the kitchen. A section of kitchen was removed, including kitchen cupboards, worktop, a fridge, two dishwashers and two sinks. The work was carefully coordinated to be completed as quickly as possible and it was finished ahead of schedule. Jason and team were a delight to have in my home and made every effort to keep the working area tidy and well protected. The kitchen was re-installed better than the original installation and there was no damage at all to surrounding walls, floors etc. I'm very grateful to Jason for making a very stressful situation completely trouble-free for me.

If you have any damp related issues at home you can do no better than get in touch with Advance Construction Solutions. Jason and team were very responsive and quickly identified the root cause. The solution involved injecting a new DPC into brickwork, repointing, a new sand and cement waterproof plinth and the sealing of some external brickwork. The work was undertaken on time and budget. Jason was keen to keep us informed of progress on the day and there was no way they were going to leave site without us being completely satisfied with the work undertaken first - an excellent customer service approach! This is the second time Advance Construction Solutions have undertaken work for us and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We needed some repointing work carried out on the NW side of the property. Excellent communication from Jason. Agreed a price and a date for the works. Arrived on time and carried out the repairs to a high standard. Very satisfied customer, would recommend and use again.
