John did an excellent job, on time and on budget but with care and charm too. He's clearly very experienced and has the latest technology cleaning machine. The carpets came out looking like new. I'm delighted with the results and would recommend John highly for any carpet/upholstery cleaning. He's a real gentleman tradesman.

We engaged John (Owner) based on previous customer reviews and his proximity to our location. He responded to our request in a timely and efficient manner and was courteous and obliging at all times. Despite his busy schedule, he visited the same day of our request and after a summary review gave us a quote within hours. The quote was very reasonable and gave a detailed breakdown of the work required. We agreed the quote and he was able to schedule the work for the next day. He arrived punctual the next day informing us 20 mins before his arrival. The work was completed to a very high standard and he explained the process to us at each stage. He was neat and tidy during all phases of the work and performed his work with minimum disruption to us. Upon completion, he explained what time to leave for drying and best practice to maintain our carpets. He then tidied up and packed away his equipment without any fuss. We found John easy and pleasant to talk to at all times and always informative in his explanations. As a result, we would have no hesitation in recommending John to any other householder requiring carpet cleaning services

John provided an excellent service from my first contact until completion of the job, which was to clean my fitted carpets. This included two rooms, stairs and landings. He worked very hard and the results were amazing. The carpets looked like new, and considering how long they have been in position, incredible! The cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in employing him again.
