I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

Swift response, careful evaluation of what was required, clear quote, punctual arrival, friendly and helpful manner, and top notch carpet cleaning with care taken on all details from the cleaning itself to the moving and replacing of furniture. What more could one ask for? Highly recommended.

This was the second time I had used John to clean carpets for me, in a bedroom and hall, stairs and landing. As before he did an excellent job and managed to get some difficult stains out. I will certainly be using John again and will not hesitate to recommend him.

Having cleaned all the carpets in the communal areas of our block of flats and doing an excellent job, I asked John to come back to clean the carpets in my own flat. He has, once again done an excellent job. I can't believe how bright and clean the carpets look now. As before he was punctual, efficient, helpful in moving some furniture and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend John Kilkenny of Advance Clean, for carpet cleaning.

Excellent work cleaning the Communal Areas/Lift carpets, to a block of 10 flats. John was extremely thorough, helpful and efficient and managed to remove a very unsightly large stain, on one of the Landings. The work was done at the price initially quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Clean, London.

John provides a highly professional service from first to last. He is punctual, tidy, efficient, effective and charming. He explained what he would do and what results could be expected, and his invoice was the same as his estimate – and very good value. He cleaned two sofas, a footstool, hall and stairs carpeting, bedroom carpet and hall rug. I recommend him highly.
