I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

Brilliant 5 star service received by John at Advanced Cleaning. Extremely reliable, in fact this time he arrived an hour after me calling. This is the second time I’ve used him and both times he has offered a thorough, effective clean at a fair price. He gives an honest opinion on how effective the clean will be before the clean starts. Both jobs were for my elderly parents with advanced dementia and John was very kind with dealing with them. Old school service I thoroughly recommend

We used John recently to freshen up some sofas, foot rests and a rug. Throughout the process, John was responsive, reliable and did wonderful work. We were very happy with the outcome. He took great care of our property throughout. It is a sad reflection on today that finding a reliable contractor to respond to a request, follow up efficiently, and do good work at a good price has become a rarity. John is a very welcome exception to this (as can be clearly seen by the number of outstanding reviews on this site). Thanks John!

We contacted John based on his Which? Trusted Trader status and excellent reviews. He was very prompt to respond to our initial enquiry and to call round to review the job and provide a quotation to clean our carpet in the living/dining room, stairs and landing.He was also very flexible in accommodating our preferred date for the works to be carried out. He kept in regular contact during the week leading up to the work and he arrived very promptly on the day and ultimately, and most importantly, delivered an excellent job in a quick, courteous and friendly manner. It had been a good few years since we had this done but our carpets look like new and we will certainly be calling on him again when we next need our carpets cleaned and so we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for this service.

Impressive job
I contacted John as I had see his name recommended a few times on a local neighbour area forum. He came to view the job and was very detailed about what he could do. He offered a range of wet and dry cleaning , the latter being more suitable for some of the more delicate rugs. He was very punctual, has all the top range equipment and is a really cheerful, friendly chap. Not a bad price either. I will be recommending him to my neighbours !

Had used the services of John before on a suite of furniture so was confident he knows his stuff. Had him back to do carpets including stairs. He has done a brilliant job. A real pro and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

John Kilkenny provides an excellent professional service. He is very thorough and the results are first class. There are cheaper alternatives but, in my opinion they are not as good. In addition to some rooms of carpet, John also cleaned a couple of sofas which I though were a "hopeless case" but the result was fantastic. I would have no hesitation on using John again

Having used John before to clean carpets, I had no hesitation in calling him in again. As usual he did a wonderful job restoring my hall, stairs and landings back to their original colour and freshness, after having some messy work carried out. He is very respectful of his surroundings, and makes sure everything is protected before he commences on any cleaning. I would recommend him, no problem.

John is very efficient and quick to respond, both on first enquiry and then, once additional information had been provided, with a detailed quotation. Arrived promptly for the appointment, had a friendly and professional manner, and did a great job restoring the carpets which hadn't been cleaned for about ten years. I would definitely recommend Advanced Clean to others.
