I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

John came to my house to give me a quote for my carpets. He kept me posted as to when he would arrive and was very friendly, explaining the process and what to expect. I went with him as he seemed like a great and trustworthy guy who knew his stuff. My carpets are now as clean as they possibly can be with my long hair and a long-haired cat! Now my house feels much cleaner and fresher.

I needed help with a move out clean. John assessed the problem, asked a lot of questions to understand stain sources, explained his cleaning process, and set expectations about likely results. On cleaning day he walked me through the plan, described materials, and got straight to work. He gave regular progress reports and thoroughly explained options for tackling tough stains. John's meticulous and diligent and very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to phone him again.

John cleaned our two sofas (and 14 loose cushions) plus downstairs, stairs and landing carpets. He did an excellent job and got it all done within the day. He is friendly, works very hard and offers advice where necessary. I would highly recommend him.

John came over and did an amazing job on a carpet that is around 25 years old - it looks almost new. A friendly guy, John was punctual, offered advice on after care and carried out the job as agreed at a very reasonable price. John arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning both my lounge and hall carpet. He was happy to move the bigger items of furniture and did a really thorough job. My lounge looked like it had been redecorated by the time he had finished. Would highly recommend him.

My stairs and landing carpets were very grubby and I tried to clean them and made it worse. John cleaned the carpets and they have a whole new lease of life. Fresh and clean and back to the original colour. John was very friendly and helpful.

John came to clean our carpet on the stairs and landing this morning. We have used him before and were very pleased last time, and this time was rather an emergency. John came straight away and did a thorough job. The carpet looks brand new, when in fact, it is 15 years old. Lovely service, highly recommend. John is a very nice person as well.

John's work was thorough and the steps were carefully explained. Our carpets were rather soiled after years without cleaning. John was very careful to remove individual stains and provide extra rinsing, which meant that drying took nearly 48 hours. He was always friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.
