John always turns up on time nice and early and does a good job. I've used him a few times now and feel confident in his work.

John came to clean our large modular sofa and ottoman/footstool. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. John came a few days before to have a look at the pieces to ensure he was able to give us a reasonable and appropriate quote. He also took the time and care to test the fabric to ensure there was no colour bleed before he proceeded. I have used Johns's carpet cleaning skills over the years, and as always he is ultra-reliable and works miracles on carpets. This time was rougher, as there was quite a large red wine spillage. When I contacted John he advised what to do until he could come to clean. I would highly recommend his service.

John came to clean the dining room, bedroom, stairs and landings, we had moved the furniture out of his way & provided a parking voucher. We are impressed by Johns's knowledge of the cleaning, of his examination of each carpet and checking anything that may be an issue. He spotted moth damage that we were unaware of, thanks for that John. He also spotted some carpet stains/marks that I hadn't noticed again it was a thorough examination before work. We were impressed by his helpfulness and communication here. He has a variety of treatments for a variety of marks & stains which showed me at least the thoroughness of his work. The work was done to the agreed schedule and cost the same as his quote with a very small amount since I had not measured correctly. The work a day later looks good though we have a wet November day (& night) it's taking time to completely dry out. John is very thoughtful about what he's doing and good company while he does it. We must book him again and not wait such a long time between visits.

We had some pretty dirty carpets but John managed to get them looking like new. His service was great as well, keeping us informed about what he could do and when he could do it. Thank you John.

John cleaned the clarpets in 5 rooms + stairs and landing. He was polite and courteous and carried out the job with quiet professionalism. He understood the reaction of differnet carpets to different treatments and did an excellent job.

John did a great job on cleaning all our carpets. He was very methodical and managed to remove all the stains from the carpets including oil. He provided a quote which he stuck to and arrived on the date and time agreed. The carpets look like new now.
