The service from start to finish was extremely professional and each person from the company was very friendly and made us feel like a valued customer. We were after a colour that was about to be removed from manufacture and Tyler did his utmost to make sure we had the door ordered in time. The installation was quick, problem free and they even created a fascia at the top of the door that matched. The door looks amazing, and we have been getting many compliments. The windows were also replaced extremely quickly. We are very happy with the service from AGS and would highly recommend them!

We have now used AGS for two separate jobs; Bifold doors, lantern and a few windows were installed 3 years ago, we were then happy to use AGS again two years later to install new windows in three bays and a few other windows. The majority of windows and doors were installed with internal blinds. On both occasions, the installers worked efficiently and skilfully and tidied up after they finished. For both jobs AGS were very professional and friendly, they kept appointments and never let us down. A year or so after installation there was a small issue that AGS had to be contacted for, they attended the following day to address the problem with no fuss. I thought it best to wait a while after installation to leave this review to see how the product and AGS performed. As you can probably tell from my comments, we are very happy with both and have recommended to a few friends and colleagues.

We had been recommended this company by our downstairs neighbours and were impressed by them. The quality of the service was outstanding from start to end. The company's director was prompt and professional with his replies, and incredibly patient to explain to us everything that we asked him. The survey and installation dates were easy to set. The installation itself was prompt and smooth. We went for aluminium windows. They have so far performed perfectly.

I had aluminium windows installed by AGS and had a really great experience. From the first visit with no hard sell (which was very important to me), I got a reasonable price and they were accommodating when I changed my mind on one or two things. Their communications throughout were spot on. Their in-house installation team were friendly, efficient and experienced. There were a few anomalies with my old house which they cheerfully worked around. I am very pleased with the result and have nice, warm, sunny, draft-free rooms. I highly recommend AGS.

I required 9 windows and 2 doors to be replaced. The initial visit to quote, was non pressurised, yet informative. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product was very good, and at the agreed price. The installation over 2 days entailed concern to minimise the effects on myself, and ensuring things were cleared and cleaned prior to departure. Post installation, their maintenance booklet is very useful.

We wanted to replace a pair of patio doors in a first floor bedroom that opened to a sheer drop (odd, I know) with a very large feature window. The window benefits from a lovely view, which we wanted to maximise, so we wanted the narrowest frame possible. The house is old, and the window isn’t easy to access externally. Overall, this wasn’t an easy ask but Andy took time to understand what we wanted. Initially, Andy wasn’t sure that it would be possible to deliver a very thin frame given the size of the window and the need to ensure it was fitted securely. Nonetheless, he took away the challenge, researched some options and found a solution that would deliver what we wanted. The window would have to be fitted from the exterior. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process for understanding the ask and completing the work. There was a mishap when the first window cracked during transit (not the fault of AGS). AGS were on the front foot to expedite a replacement and agree a revised schedule for fitting that worked for us. We came back from holiday with some degree of trepidation given the logistics of getting the window into place to be fitted from a scaffold on the outside of the house - to find the window fitted perfectly. It was fitted without drama and is exactly what we wanted. This was a great example of excellent customer service at every step of the way, as well as excellent execution of the job. We have been very happy with our experience with AGS. Everyone from Tyler, the surveyor and the fitters were all friendly, professional and did a great job. We’re really happy with our new windows and are looking forward to them doing the rest when we do our extension. They are also very competitively priced too. Highly recommend.
