I have used them on a couple of occasions before for whole house double glazing. They were by far cheaper than the multinationals and a better product. Also gave a 10-year guarantee. We had this house double glazed including bi-folding doors in 2013. Our neighbour was looking for a cheap supplier but was so impressed with the work being done on ours she had her whole house done too by AGS. We needed a garage side door replacing from wood. Should have done it in 2013! Still the same efficient family-run company. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is the third time I have used this company and as usual the work was carried out in an efficient and competent manner from my first enquiry regarding the job and the completion. The company is a family run business and all members are pleasant and helpful from the office staff to the actual installers.

Absolutely amazing. Has completed changed the front of our house from half ugly old render, old flat roof porch falling apart and old sliding glass door and wooden 2nd door. House now looks beautiful in chalk white render, chartwell green front door, pitched roof porch. We already had the windows and back bifold done 6 months prior by Andy and his AGS team. They were best price and done the best work then. So asked if they done porches/render as well as front door after some disappointingly high quotes elsewhere from more builder based companies. Yet again AGS come out best on price, Andy as detailed as ever, his building team done an amazing job, worked so hard and in 8 solid work days changed the front of our house into something looking brand new. Outstanding. Having never liked quotes and work being done but have been absolutely chuffed to bits we found AGS. They should really call themselves advanced fanatical home improvements as so much more than glazing.

We are delighted with the quality of our completed conservatory. The fitters and builders were always on time, flexible and professional throughout.

I, like many, googled replacement windows: AGS came up and even though it meant they had to travel further than maybe they would normally, there was no quibble. Andy was fantastic - especially when baby brain couldn’t compute the prices; Ella replied to emails quickly and helpfully and the chaos that came to fit the windows worked well as a team and were so professional. They even showed me how to open the windows for cleaning (I won’t be doing that - we have a man) - all in all, an excellent trader from start to finish. And the price was good too!

We had a new composite door fitted and repairs to existing double glazing. We paid a good price but got an outstanding service. Expert friendly advice, very helpful and patient while we chose the right product. The office team are also very efficient and kept us fully informed. The work was done on budget and on schedule. We are very pleased with the result, very tidy finish and solid door that looks great and fits well. Not a big job for them but we got top quality service. It is a local family business and that shows in their desire to maintain a good reputation.

I would highly recommend Advanced Glazing to anyone. From the first call to get a quote, to the survey and finally to the fitting and payment/accounts, everyone I dealt with were personable, friendly, professional and courteous. And the final job was done to a high standard - they even left the house pretty spotless, which is always a bonus. They were also very competitively priced and felt much better going to an independent, family business.

What can I say ... what a superb experience from start to finish. Family business run very well. I had several windows and doors changed all went well. AGS patiently waiting and supported for several months while I painstakingly got planning permission to replace my windows (due to an edge case in planning law). They then respected their original quote, and installed my windows within a few months. This included having the scaffolding up and down in a week, to avoid antagonising the ground floor flat, as well as allowing my builder access to the scaffolding to drill an external hole. The windows were smart and energy efficient, with a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed.
