All new doors and windows fitted. We found this company excelled in all services it provided. We had spent several weeks asking numerous questions about product design, efficiency, alternatives such as acoustics and laminate glass, size, design, seals and gaskets, trickle vents, creasing tiles, door handles and locking mechanisms. The company was very patient answering all our inquiries, was able to provide detailed information to support quality of products so that we could check for our peace of mind. Installation was very efficient and staff courteous and professional. Work carried out to agreed schedule and accommodated our own work commitments. All completed within budget and no hidden costs. What we were particularly pleased about was accommodating our special request to have our kitchen window sprayed black on the inside whilst remaining white on the outside, which is not standard and required third party involvement which the window company dealt with directly. In summary, we would highly recommend this long established family company who really go the extra mile to ensure a first class experience.

I love my new door! My rep, Tyler, was so helpful in guiding me through the process, providing the clarification and info I needed in order to complete the spec for my bespoke door. He was endlessly patient with my to and fro calls and emails and the rest of the AGS team were equally polite, helpful and efficient. For both measurement and fitting, they came when they said they would and did what they said they would, and all so fast! I'd happily use AGS again and have recommended them to my friends. AGS were super helpful from the start. We have tried 3 or 4 times in the past to get a new fire rated front door (FD 30), glazed, with no success, but AGS made it a pleasant and straightforward process. From the initial consultation, survey and fitting, they took trouble to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Looking forward to winter now, with no draughts, and lots of light coming in, we are so pleased with the door which has transformed our flat!
