The service was fantastic throughout the whole cycle. We received a great quote which had not been inflated and didn't feel pressured at all. Once the windows were ordered we had a very experienced and knowledgeable surveyor attend the house. He gave good practical advice and really added value to the process. Once we were ready to install the team of two arrived. They were again very experienced and friendly just like everyone else had been. The experience and knowledge really helped for the little things that happen on the day. All in all we found the whole company and employees of the highest standard and would recommend to others.

The guys arrived on time and got straight to work, very hard working, courteous and polite. The new windows look great, and they cleaned up well as they went. Also helped me move some blinds to speed things up.

We had quotes from several traders for new windows. John from AGS came to our house, was relaxed, left plenty of brochures, no hard sell and followed up when he said he would. Other companies quoted two to two and a half days for job. We decided to go ahead with AGS and are glad we did. Clean friendly staff from start to finish. Fitters sheeted all rooms, stairs and walkways for a clean job. Fantastic new look to the property and all completed in one day. WOW. Already had good comments from our neighbours and only fitted yesterday. Thoroughly recommended trader. Even when I called to pay the balance, Julie was friendly and informed me again or the service call out if any problems and would be dealt with in 1 day. An absolute delightful company. One that others could learn an awful lot from but I am glad they haven't. Thanks again for a fantastic job well done.
