Friendly people, good response and communication but I only had 2 windows done and one looks wonky next to the other so disappointed. No remedy suggested

Thanks for your comments Phoenix. I am sorry that you are not happy with the appearance of the two windows, however, as per our email to you, your front wall has subsided and the two brick openings are now not level or square to each other. Our windows must be fitted level and square though, so as the windows open correctly and locks operate properly. I am afraid that this is the reason they look wonky next to each other. The only remedy would have been to demolish part of the front wall and for builders to rebuild the wall and form two new brick openings and install new lintels above the windows. The cost for this type of work would have been in the many £1000s and therefore cost prohibitive. Not only that, you did state to Gavin, your installer, that you were aware the original windows were also out of level to each other. We do have 23 photos of before and after the AGS installation, just in case you needed them for reference. Please do get in touch if you need anything further from AGS. Regards. Andy

Two windows fitted fine - but no key left! Front door had wrong handle and rushing to finish the mastic around the frame is untidy and the plastic fitted looks badly fitted!
