AGS were totally professional from start to finish. Andy's quote was very competitive and the work completed by Gavin and Steve was first class. Everyone that I dealt with were polite, courteous and punctual and consequently I would have no hesitation in recommending AGS.

We have used AGS previously, replacement French doors and a new external door, so we chose to use them again and once again they delivered a great service, from the my initial phone call to completion of the work. Highly recommended, we will be using them again to complete our work at a later date.

We have an old house and the original small conservatory was becoming dilapidated. We decided to replace it with a larger one. We chose Advanced Glazing Systems after careful research and a site visit. The work was carried out by their regular builder, Alan Fernee, of New Space Developments. We are entirely happy with the product and the workmanship involved. Everything was done carefully and with due regard to the disturbance that was inevitable in such a project. We fully recommend both the product and the builder.

Having used AGS ltd 7 years ago to instal all our windows, french doors and bifold, we were impressed then. One of the bifold window smashed, I contacted AGS as we have a 10 year guarantee. The start of the phonecall having given my name, was "I remember you Mrs L..." I thought nice, but ok good sales pitch, to which they rattled off our names address and phone numbers from the system! We have a common surname. We aren't even local to the company! I was told glazing wasn't covered by insurance but was given a quote within 20 minutes and installation date shortly afterwards. There would have been a delay of up to 8 weeks due to Covid, I explained we are due to move and needed this replaced asap. AGS asked the glaziers for a big favour and we only waited 3 weeks. Window was fitted very swiftly on the agreed date and time. Locking mechanism adjusted by a very polite tradesman. Our only regret, we are moving to a new build and personally will not be requiring their services, but 100% recommend them

AGS fitted new windows and back door with a glass mounted cat flap. The service was great, they answered all my queries and questions. The installation was quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the after service care was outstanding. I had one minor query which was sorted immediately. I have already recommended them to a friend. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

New Bay windows and Endurance Front door fitted by AGS. The fitters have been amazing, they were very helpful in selecting and recommending ideas. The surveyor was brilliant, worked everything out perfectly. Could not find a fault if I tried. Everything finished to a high standard. They have totally transformed the House . Flush sash windows in white woodgrain with Heritage sills. Definitely worth the extra money, they look like the original windows that would have been fitted when house was built. If everyone had these done the road would look fantastic. So pleased am getting rest of house done. Well done AGS.

AGS fitted about 8 years ago 3 double glazed windows in my flat and as I recently wanted to replace a kitchen door and side windows with new double glazed unit in my house, I remembered the quality of the work that had been done in my flat and thought I would contact AGS for a quote. The entire process was truly seamless with a market value quotation and very good quality double glazing materials. The fitting was excellent and we are all very happy with the new unit at home.
