After using AGS in the past for windows and front door 4 years ago, they were the obvious choice when we were doing a kitchen revamp and wanted a back door and a window put in. The first point of contact was John and he was very helpful and obliging and said they would fit us in within our time scale. Darren & Gavin the fitters arrived on Saturday morning to cut out the brickwork and fit the new door and window. Both guys where very professional, clean and tidy in their work. New door and window looks a treat, very happy.

Really pleased with our new windows from Advanced Glazing, they look incredible in situ and really change the whole vibe at the back of the house. Inside is already noticeably warmer, quieter and lighter! The decorative architrave around the windows is stunning and I love the colour outside! John really understood our brief and delivered everything I was hoping for... and for such a good price. The fitting team were absolutely lovely and really did a fine job - they were a pleasure to have in the house. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - I will definitely be using them again when I have the money to do the front of the house!

AGS replaced my front and back external doors(2) and windows front and back downstairs and upstairs(4). Prompt informative survey without the hard sell of others and they gave me time to consider their quote v others, who were not so patient. Not only was their product rated highly elsewhere but their price was best too. No brainer! Installation within 3 weeks. They turned up on time, hardly stopped working for 3 days and left no mess. I am delighted by my doors and windows and thoroughly recommend them. I want a conservatory now and they will certainly be invited to quote.

AGS replaced my windows and doors. The fitters were punctual, completed the work to a high standard left having tidied up afterward. Pleased with the product and service. Very happy to recommend AGS. The quality of their manufacture and installation is top notch, and their after-sales service is fantastic. We had a couple of things that needed repairing several years after installation, and they sorted everything out, under warrantee, free of charge, without fuss and with prompt and friendly service. I reached out to 6 door manufacturers and Tyler from AGS contacted me the next day. He came and showed us exactly what we wanted with samples and pictures etc. we had other quotes but AGS beat them all. I didn’t choose them for the price but the detail of Tyler’s visit to the accuracy of the new door being centered when it was originally offset. The door has now been installed and looks better than we expected and we are glad we chose AGS. The aftercare is excellent from Simone who constantly checked if we were happy with things even to the point of payment. Well done A+ service.
