Ady replaced my shower cubicle, regrouted and replaced shower. He was professional and attentive throughout the process from start to finish. He made sure we were entirely happy with the work being undertaken before any decisions were made. His communication was timely & appropriate and the job done is amazing. Very happy.

Ady provided a second opinion on a bathroom renovation (by another plumber) which was now leaking. He quickly found the problem, gave honest advice on how to fix it and how best to get redress from the previous contractor. Nicest, most straightforward tradesman I've come across- would recommend him in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend Ady enough. Ady and Carl provide an excellent service. They work to a very high standard and are careful to keep the disruption to a minimum. They keep to their schedule, arrive promptly each day. Always a smile on their faces and an interesting story to tell. We cannot fault their work.

We found Ady through Which trusted traders. He and Carl were here last week updating our shower room. Lovely guys, very impressed with their work. Ady kept us informed at every stage and the final result was exactly as we wanted it. We were so impressed we have asked them to return to update our bathroom. We would highly recommend them. We live in a second floor apartment and we’ were obviously anxious that there was a minimum of disturbance to our neighbours. We need not have worried as they took great efforts to make sure there was as little noise as possible. They left the shower room and the hall immaculate. They cleared away all the rubbish excellently.

I'm extremely delighted with my bathroom refurb. The work is to a very high standard and finish. They are reliable and completely trustworthy. They treated my home with respect and took great care to not damage walls and furniture etc. I was very comfortable leaving them in the house while I went to work. They started the work on the agreed date and saw it through to completion. Very easy to contact if I had any queries. They were very helpful with suggestions and were happy to explain things to me and give advice when needed. I am completely happy and satisfied with their work and overall service.

Adrian fitted a new shower to improve the poor water flow we have been experiencing because of low water pressure. He came to see us to discuss what was needed and recommended a product he felt would be suitable. He encouraged us to check the on line reviews of his work so we could be sure he was a trader who could be trusted. He gave an estimate of the work needed, the time it would take and the cost. He invited us to ask questions to be sure we were happy with what he proposed to do. He answered all our queries and provided a revised estimate when we decided we wanted something different from the original solution. We discussed and agreed a date for the work. He and his colleague arrived on time on agreed date (not our experience with some tradesmen we have used). They took care to cover our carpets and wore masks throughout. The work was done in the time quoted. Ady kept us in the picture throughout and made sure we were happy with his progress. We had an issue with the water after he left but he returned as soon as he could and resolved the problem satisfactorily. We are very happy with the end product and are happy to recommend him for his care and diligence in completing the work.

Ady and Carl transformed two bathrooms and fitted a new toilet at our property. They were excellent, and i cannot praise them enough. They made suggestions based on their vast experience, worked diligently throughout, played wonderful music and always had a joke to tell and a smile on their faces. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending them. Almost sorry to see them leave when the work was complete.

I found Ady via Easy Bathrooms (another very good contact to have) and he was marvellous. He and Carl replaced a bath for me. He also talked me through how to operate an incomprehensible heating system. The two of them were upbeat, kind, decent men who could not do enough for me. Also, they cleared up and cleaned up beautifully. And the bathroom is now great. Highly recommend him.
