We recently had 25 window units replaced in existing frames as The existing units had blown and fogged up. Alan and his team were quite simply amazing. They visited a couple of times to measure up and within a month the units were ready to install. It was very easy to confirm a suitable day for them to do this, hopefully 2-3 hours. 2-3 hours seemed a little optimistic, I thought. 5 of them arrived!! They swept through the house like a quiet whirlwind. Incredibly conscientious with little or no mess, each one doing separate window units with attention to the heal and toe so they just worked beautifully. It is amazing how much more light and clarity it now brings. Only at the end did we notice that we had missed one unit because of counting a small top hung opener as the 4th unit in that bedroom. Quick as a flash the measured and ordered with no additional fitting charge (even though it was my error). This was delivered and fitted a few weeks later. All in all a faultless experience which I would recommend to anyone.

Helpful efficient service from first contact through to completion of work. My patio doors were stuck and I was unable to open them. Aftercare fitted new wheels to the bottom of the doors and they're now as good as new. They communicated promptly regarding my booking and turned up on time to complete the job. The workmen were all polite and efficient, taking care to do a clean and tidy job. Very happy!

I contacted Aftercare as I have had problems with the lock of my front door . This was solved immediately by the tradesman who called despite the door being at least 35 years old. We then noticed that one of the glass panels on the door was crazed and needed replacing which was done yesterday. On both occasions the tradesmen were prompt, polite and efficient. I received a prompt response and visit date on requesting a quotation to replace trim on the inside and outside of a window. The quotation was very satisfactory, sent within a day and a timely date was offered for the work to be done. Communication with the company by phone, text and or email was easy and efficient. The work was carried out to a high standard, efficiently and professionally and everything was left in a clean and tidy condition. I was impressed with the friendly, courteous and very helpful service I received and the excellent quality of the work. I needed to replace seven panes of glass which were misted over and to rehang badly installed french doors and also to supply new lock to the same. I received a detailed quote very promptly. The two men arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently with no mess. They even removed their shoes without being asked, which was much appreciated. I received their invoice next day which was cheaper than the quote by at least £258 because they did not have to replace the hinges on the French doors. This honesty is much appreciated as I wouldn’t have known the difference. I would highly recommend this company on all levels.

Got a very reasonable quote for new seals around all windows and two new panes. One pane was damaged at jobs end but the company pointed it out and returned to put a new one in. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend.

They responded to our enquiry very quickly and came to look at the problems within a couple of days. The price quoted was very reasonable and upon acceptance they immediately sent an email with a suggested time and day. On the day of fitting, one new sealed unit and four handle locks were installed within 20 minutes. No mess, no fuss. We will continue to use them.

Our uPVC windows are 23 years old. They were draughty and the place was cold. Very thorough assessment of problem by AFTERCARE showed that they were badly installed originally and had warped in the sunshine. No glazed units needed, just new hinges and blocks to pull them into a tight shut position. No more draughts and noise has reduced considerably. The team who came were polite, very pleasant, efficient and answered all our questions. One window needed no work and they deducted that from quote. 11 opening window panes cost £900 to repair compared with the quote we got for replacement windows £11,500. Fantastic value for money. I have used this company several times to replace blown double glazing and to replace / adjust UPVC door hinges. This time, I managed to lock myself out. James arrived within the hour and effected an entry for me via one of the windows. Very friendly and efficient service and competitively priced, especially as it was a call out. Will definitely use Aftercare again.

Aftercare services replaced a conservatory roof panel and a blown window unit for me. They were great to deal with and the work carried out was to a high standard. I’m very pleased with the results and would use them again in the future.

Contractors arrived at agreed time and were friendly and professional while carrying out the work.They were very good at protecting carpets and room interior while working. It presented challenges due to cramped space in my small kitchen and less than ideal access to the bay windows, but they dealt with the situations cheerfully, and all glass installed perfectly. I am very pleased with the results.

Aftercare replaced a large, heavy, tinted conservatory window. The company were very good. It took a few weeks for the glass to be ordered but I was booked in and kept informed. They guys who fitted the window were friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would not hesitate to use Aftercare again for any further work needed.

The front door was sticking on opening. We phoned Aftercare and they came the next morning and carefully and efficiently made the necessary adjustments.
