Aftercare Double Glazing Repairs, based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, was launched in 1997 and became a limited company in 2003.

We serve Mid- Sussex to the Sussex coast from Eastbourne to Worthing and Northwards bordering Surrey.

The aim of the business is to provide solutions to home owner's problems with their double glazing.

The Company policy is NOT to SELL new doors or windows, so if the problem can be fixed it will be our aim to so, and if we can't, you can be reasonably assured that replacement is required, but we still won't try to sell you a new one. We may give you advice and/or offer names of people you may approach if required

There is no 'hard sell' at any stage. Our operatives examine the problem/s, offer advice and quotation (usually emailed within 48 hours) and you are left to make your mind up .

The majority of our business now comes via referrals by satisfied clients.

One of my sash window wouldn't shut anymore and gap at top leading to drafts, also had a sticky back door. They not only came out on the appointed day to assess, but were great when my car's emergency problem meant I had to collect from garage the same time they were going to arrive. I needed to co-ordinate being here for Aftercare, but getting to garage before they closed. Nichola contacted the engineer booked for my job who immediately called me with update on his job status. He rang his colleagues who had just finished his job and they were here within 20 minutes of him calling. James and Jack were friendly and extremely professional. Who knew there was so much to the workings of a sash window? Lots of measurements taken and I learnt a lot. Always good to know what's involved. Then took a look at my sticky back door. Advised oiling and exactly where, but also on inspection discovered it had dropped and said could be sorted when window done. Sorted. Quotation arrived quickly and accepted as extremely reasonable. A pleasure to have them in my home, which cannot be said of many workmen. Highly recommend!

Ease / Adjust / Lubricate; Investigate leak - remove glass - check sill & edge of sash; Clean rust and ease mechanism- LH and TOP; Free jammed window - SIDE HUNG; Change fixed pane James and his team have performed excellent customer service. They came on time exactly as pre-booked appointment with their spotless well organized working van; The repair work was done to top quality. James was professional, very patient and kind, explaining what he's doing and telling us what to do in the future to maintain our windows by ourselves. The company was well organized. An accurate quote was give on the same day of inspection. Once I confirmed the acceptance of the quote, an appointment was given. As soon as we confirmed the date, an email was given for final confirmation. A day before the appointment, I confirmed with office and everything happened exactly as planned. No hassle at all. We will definitely use Aftercare Double Glazing Repairs Ltd in the future and will strongly recommend to our neighbors and friends. We highly appreciate James's professional workmanship and thank him for sorting out our windows.

Repairs to existing double glazed French doors and window

We were very pleased with the work done by Aftercare. We now have a French door that reliably locks with minimal effort and a separate window that no longer lets in a significant draft. All parts of the process with Aftercare worked smoothly, from the initial contact, to the survey, to the replacement of the lock, realigning of the French door and the replacement of the hinge on the window. Considering the significant costs and lack of communication we have experienced recently from other tradespeople, we were almost surprised be treated as valued customers.

Aftercare Double Glazing Repairs provided a very competitive and comprehensive quote for replacing 16 window locks. The customer service on the phone and via email was polite and efficient. Tyler arrived promptly and completed the work within the 2 hour time slot given. The standard of the work was excellent and he was very professional and helpful - he also gave tips on how to extend the life of the locks etc. and left the place spotless. All in all, a perfect experience and a satisfied customer!

We had all the glazing gaskets renewed on the rear of our conservatory and three replacement glass panel , which had blown. All the work was surveyed and quoted for in advance and the work was carried out very efficiently. We have used Aftercare many times and find them to be both extremely reliable, completing quality workmanship at a reasonable cost.

Had blown double glazed window replaced. Have used Aftercare Double Glazing several times now and found them very quick to respond to enquiries with quotations always received within 24 hours of a visit. Work is carried out efficiently with minimum disruption by friendly, courteous staff. Prices are extremely reasonable. Would recommend this company without hesitation - always a pleasure to deal with!

Aftercare Double Glazing were asked if they could try to repair some very early bifold doors where the manufacturer was known to have ceased trading some time ago. We never expected the repair to resolve the issues and before instructing Aftercare were convinced they would have to be replaced. The team that came were exceptionally good and have resolved the issues so that the doors now work perfectly. Superb service from a company we no previous knowledge of and simply did an internet search to identify.
