Paul has been a Master Locksmith for over 39 Years, apprenticed trained (5 years) from the age of 16.

We reached out to Paul a day before picking up the keys to our new property and he was able to accommodate us and come the next day to change the locks. We sent him photos of the existing locks via WhatsApp and within minutes he had provided a competitive quote explaining the difference in the types of locks we can get. He arrived promptly on time and completed the change of two locks within an hour! As a bonus, he gave us loads of advice and recommendation of how to secure our home which went beyond locks! He also takes cards! Highly recommended if you need a locksmith in West London!

Paul was excellent to deal with. He made everything straightforward and understandable. He was exceptionally polite and a genuinely nice guy. To assist in dealing with the problem he asked for photos/video to be sent in advance to him enable an assessment of the issue. He then provided an estimate for the work and agreed a mutually convenient time to attend. He was very clear what was, and what wasn’t included in the estimate. The required work was undertaken quickly and efficiently. A true tradesman he provided his own protective coverings and ensure no debris was left behind. At the conclusion of the work his bill was slightly less than the estimate that he had provided. I can unequivocally recommend Paul as a locksmith.

No matter how many keys you think you have for a very important (locked!) padlock there’ll be a day when you can’t find any of them. But Paul was able to open it in 15 seconds. No unfair call-out charge. Very fair price. And good advice on door locks. He’s been doing this for 40 years so knows more than a bit about it!

We have used other Which Trusted Traders previously, and found them to be excellent. Paul was no exception. Our UPVC back door had several faults and Paul discussed these with me before starting. He arrived when he said he would arrive, did what he said he would do, and charged what he said he would charge. Very professional – neat and tidy too. Spoke to Paul on the phone and made appointment. He was going to be late but phoned to apologise. He assessed our locks and made suggestion which we discussed with him. I called this firm when I couldn't get out of my back door on Saturday morning. Paul Flanagan came within an hour. He drilled out the old lock and fitted a new one, explaining what he was doing. He also refitted another lock on the door. He gave me useful advice about my patio door too. On the way out he noticed that my front door lock was not really adequate, so I asked him to come back and install a better one. He talked me through my options and we made another appointment. He arrived on time and did a very good job again. My new lock now meets insurance standards. He also fitted a letter box guard. He was a neat worker and certainly knows his profession.
