Alan replaced and relocated the system boiler with combi. His quote was competitive and he arrived as agreed. After the installation Alan demonstrated the boiler in operation and explained all basic features. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his broad knowledge of relevant subject areas. Alan was ready to explain everything and to answer any question. Overall positive and happy to recommend.

He used to look after my old boiler every year and rescued it from various problems. However, it eventually packed in and so Alan installed a brand new boiler for me. I am very happy with all of the work he has done, and I certainly would recommend him. He always turns up on time, a highly intelligent man, we always have a good chat about things. He left our house immaculate, tidied everything up and was very helpful.

Alan serviced my boiler and put in place new plumbing for a washing machine after I moved to a new house. Getting water to and out of the washing machine was awkward, but he provided a range of options and the benefits and drawbacks of each along with a recommendation on the best approach. He gave good advice and really wanted to do the best thing for his customer, going above and beyond what I expected from a plumber and ended up doing a bit of joinery along the way. Alan was really open with costs for both boiler repairs and washing machine installation.

After deliberating for a long time finally decided it was time to change my old back boiler that had served me well for the last 25 years. Alan explained the options available to me before installation and his technical knowledge impressed me and where he could not answer a query he was open with me and he came back later with the answer. Alan estimated the work would take around 3 days and they did it in 2 days. Very high standard of work and did a few extras without charging me any additional amount. Was very pleased with the outcome.

Alan replaced our boiler, the-routing our flue. He explained in advance what our choices were and put us under no pressure. He kept to arranged appointment times, calling if he was going to be delayed. The work was done, explaining things throughout and he cleaned up after himself. We had three radiators that were found to have faulty old parts that unexpectedly had to be replaced. It was a bit of a surprise but he used parts from the smaller two to fix the larger to keep costs down (they were so old he couldn’t get new parts) We found Alan to be reliable and communicative. He’s happy to take the time to answer questions and I would definitely recommend him.

Alan fitted a new boiler, converting the house from traditional to combi. This took two days. Alan gave confidence throughout that he knew what he was doing, how the work would go and it was all done to the required standard. He had opportunities to boost the final bill but choose not to do so, indeed providing better value instead. I've marked him down one star on Customer Service since he isn't the greatest at communicating in advance - but once he has communicated he has proved committed and reliable.

Alan replaced our old boiler yesterday and fitted a new one. He was speedy, efficient, friendly and had our new boiler installed, up and running quicker than we'd expected. He brought a hoover with and used it, asked for a brush to clean up and although no plumber or heating engineer is cheap, his price was very competitive. We'd thoroughly recommend Alan.

Alan gave good advice regarding my central heating system and devised the most practical and efficient way of updating it. He and his team arrived when they said they would and completed the job in the two days allowed, despite many and various distractions and difficulties. All way through the job he made me aware of any potential problems and was able to overcome all of them to my satisfaction, including the removal of an old cylinder housed in an especially inaccessible cupboard with the minimum of mess. I was most impressed with his team's professionalism and have been very pleased with the system now installed.

Alan can be tricky to get hold of sometimes but that must be down to the demand of his quality of work. He is trustworthy and reliable and has been maintaining the boiler he installed in 2012 since. Hard to find.
