I recently had my windows in my flat replaced by Alaskan Windows and they did a fantastic job. My new windows look beautiful. In addition, the service from Alaskan Windows was impeccable from start to finish. The office staff were always helpful and replied promptly, the surveyor who came out to assess and measure my windows was professional and put together a very detailed survey and quote for me and the window fitters were so kind and considerate and took great care to install my windows diligently. I would highly recommend Alaskan Windows - you really do get a personal service and their prices are highly competitive.

Alaskan windows fitted some new windows for our flat. We have been really pleased with the result. The whole process of planning and having the fitting done was very smooth and well organised. The fitters who came, did a great job. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and the quality of their work was excellent. Alaskan Windows provided an excellent service from first enquiry, through home visit for measurement, to installation for replacement windows for my flat. They were very efficient in providing a competitive quotation, answered all queries quickly and arranged installation at a date that best suited me. The installation was undertaken by Chris, who worked quickly, efficiently and was tidy and courteous. The work was carried out to a high standard and I am very happy with the final result. I would certainly recommend Alaskan Windows based on my experience.

Alaskan are a fantastic company and we are so pleased that we used them. We required some new bedroom windows to be fitted along with a new kitchen window and door. From the start they were so helpful and gave us all of the information that we required and needed as well as answering any questions that we had. From the moment of coming to ours to see what we needed, we were given and told all aspects of the work and when we could have the work done. On the day, all work was completed excellently and in great time! The windows and door are of excellent work and we are some happy!

It has been a joy to do business with Alaskan. They took time to visit me to discuss what would best suit my needs. The whole process was conducted with minimum fuss and to fit in with my timescale of other work I was having done. Fitters were professional and efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. The window was fitted a few weeks ago and there have been no problems with it, despite some heavy wind and rain. Based on my own experience, I would thoroughly recommend Alaskan windows.

Alaskan Windows have competitive prices which initially attracted us to their product. We were met at the showroom by extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. They were able to match our current windows to their windows, and the price was very good. £600 less than a big competitor ! Alaskan Windows give you the fairest price right from the beginning of quoting. And as we already had other quotes from other companies at hand, we knew this to be true. They followed every step via email along the way until the windows were installed. Each staff member, surveyor and installers were exceptionally polite and knew their business well. They are a smart, modern, no fuss company, no pressure, no stress, no job big or small is a problem. We enjoyed working with them. We will definitely be using them again.

Alaskan Windows provided excellent customer service. They were courteous, professional and always on time. The quote was provided without pressure to sign. The contract and works specification were clear, the details checked before the items were manufactured and the snagging items were resolved swiftly. The stage payments were due on contract, prior to delivery, on completion. The final price paid was the same as that quoted on the very first visit. The double glazed tilting sash windows and multipoint locking doors look and function exactly as hoped. Even the after completion service has been excellent, with FENSA and company guarantees registered and supplied promptly.
