We recently had all the windows in the house replaced and this was the third time we have used Albany. We have previously had a conservatory built and new front and back doors. On all three jobs the service was professional and very efficient. The workmen were very friendly, tidied up after themselves and worked very hard. All three jobs were finished to a very high standard and we are so pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

I had a new front door and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. The team were all very friendly and helpful. There was no sales pressure either. I was expecting to wait some time for my door with Covid and was surprised at how quickly it was ready, then fitted 2 days later! The fitters were also very friendly and courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend Albany Windows and would definitely choose them again.

Pete was really helpful when we visited to discuss fitting bifold doors and it was good to be able to see examples in the showroom as at that point we were still undecided whether bi folds or patio were the way to go. The measuring and ordering process were efficient and surprisingly no money was requested up front. Information on time scale of delivery was honest - given that we went into lockdown 3 in the middle of our order progressing through the system. An efficient neat tidy job was carried out by the fitters who were pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use again. Not the cheapest but a fair price.

Albany allowed 3 days to fit our 6 new windows and 1 door, but completed in 2 days in the middle of Winter. On arrival they put down dust sheets everywhere to spare the carpets. They were polite and told us what was happening right through the process and then went through all the locks etc. with us on completion. Wherever render or plaster was chipped or had broken, it was repaired ready for painting and it was minimal. The New windows and door look brilliant and are in keeping with our older property and are a quality product. The craftsmen do like tea and biscuits if you have them handy :)

I'd ordered 5 windows and a composite front door. Due to lockdowns etc I'd thought I'd get the installation in the new year but I was really surprised and happy to say they contacted me on a Tuesday at the beginning of December and were able to get it all done on the Friday of the same week! Tom and Dave were professional, friendly, tidy, meticulous and even helped get my car going when the battery had died! They cleared up after themselves and explained everything to me and I've been warmer ever since. No problems at all since then and would happily refer them to anyone. Great price as well.

I chose Albany Windows on the strength of the excellent reviews, I was not disappointed. Having had two bedroom windows replaced one of the team noticed a very small imperfection in the glass of one window (about 1cm long which we may not have noticed!), arrangements were immediately made to replace it without us requesting it.The whole episode from the first phone call to finally completing the work was done in a most friendly and efficient manner, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Albany Windows.

I had a big order of 9 windows and 2 doors and signed up at a decent price back in August, no deposit required. I had to chase it a couple of times as it was 3.5 months until fit commenced, due to delays in manufacture as a result of COVID. This was the only negative; I wish I'd received some communication letting me know the timescale as it changed. The main thing is obviously the windows and the job itself and I have only positives regarding those. Fitters were polite, helpful (answering my many questions!) and worked efficiently and tidily and kept me informed as to what was happening and each item they were tackling. Finished to an excellent standard and look very nice, no cosmetic issues or damage or problems with handles etc. They even laid insulation behind a couple of panels that wasn't part of the job, which I provided. House is now warmer and far quieter, looks nice, especially the composite door which was dearer but far more stylish than those boring old white or brown front doors. So if you're looking for a reasonable price, established company with their own employed fitters rather than contractors and good products I would recommend Albany Windows. Daz

Third time I've used Albany, this time was a build of a conservatory at the rear of my property. Initial meeting was good with expert suggestions made about best options to go for considering my property is fairly small. Prices and plans were clear and didn't go over budget. The guys who built it were really friendly and considerate, again quality of work was great.

Albany Windows Ltd arranged a date and time and true to their word they were there on time. The work was done very professionally, the windows look great and make such a difference to the house and the amount of light they let in. The fitter took the time to explain how they worked and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. Excellent service and great value.
